FANTASTIC!!!!!!! I would recomend the orestis appartments 2 any1!! If u have kids its perfect, a stone throw away from the beach, a huge pool and a 5min walk 2 the town!! Had the best holiday ever, me my boyfriend and 5year old little boy Andrew!! If u dont have kids it's still the best choice like i said 5mins from town where theres tons and tons of bars and a cpl of clubs! Every1 is so friendly!! 10 out of 10!! Goin back later this year i hope!! Was cryin when i had 2 leave!LOL!!

hi can anyone tell me if the apartments provide bath towels? will be staying from the 1st july for a week! cant't wait!

never been to corfu before and want to try sidari, heard great comments about the beach star but nobody has mentioned food?it says on thomas cook website its a bed and breakfast?is the food nice?any other information on hotel will be much appreciated!

Been to the Beach Star three times and enjoyed every stay. All the staff are so friendly and helpful and genuinly pleased to see you when you arrive. Kayleigh, say hello to Nicky for us when you speak to her and tell her,Vikki had a baby boy and she has called him Charlie. I think she will know who we are. Great place to holiday, loved every minute of it.

me and 2 mates are going to the beach star on may 20th for 2 weeks, will be our first time at these apartments and we were wondering which end of sidari are they located? canal D amour or the other end? and whats this about a car kicking owner?? lol im a big cat fan so i hope hes not too horrible! is anyone going to be staying there when we are?? any other information is much appreciated!

We had a great time here at the Beach star. The rooms were nice and cleaned every day. sitated in a quiet bit of sidari but just 5 mins from all the bars and tavernas, although we ended up most night sitting in the orestis bar chatting to anthe, great holiday.

ps to the maid who had my cd player which i left by accident (got up hungover on last day nearly missed transfer home) i will be claiming back next sept.

must say these apts were bang on right on the beach and near everything the pool was lovely too had a two bed apt which was great everyone we took back thought we were rich am def going back there next sept.

For all those who may be considering going either back to the Beach Star Apartments or on their first visit, please be aware that they have been renamed the Oresti Apartments and are in the Thomas Cook Brochure. If you want to stay in the hotel this is now under the Sunset Brochure.

just to add to everyones comments, we had a fab time, and were looked after 100% (apart from the cat kicking owner) the staff were fantastic, polite, and a first for me , they cleaned the rooms every day. lovely resort and great hotel although noise travels so be quiet when im there next having a sleep in! after the night b4's bloomin powerful cocktail HE HE

We have just returned from the Beach Star apartments and had a fabulous time. The apartments are in an excellent spot and the staff very nice. The studio was a good size, spotlessly clean and everything was new. The pool area was kept clean and tidy and there were always spare sun loungers. Even the safe deposit boxes are free. The only thing lacking was air conditioning but you can hire a fan at reception for 1.50euro per day. If you do go along you must try the El Greco taverna just next to the apartments.

I was there in august 2003 and got engaged and started a disco.
i am bringing my mother and farther who are disabled and require information from them. many thanks

we came back from sidari on saturday. these apartments are fab. they are clean in a great location, only five-ten mins walk onto the main strip. they are in a quiet location. the pool is great.
the staff are just the best. they will make you feel at home and really add to the atmosphere of the place. jo our rep was really good.
we met really nice people who also made our holiday.

Yes the apartments do have towels, bath as well as hand towels. They also supply tea towels. I dont know where you will get a laundry service in Sidari, not sure if they have one yet. The apartments are lovely and in a very nice position. We stayed there last year in October. We normally stay in the Beach Star Hotel on our main holiday which is next to the Perros Apartments. Only word of warning is that the power to the apartments shuts off when you take the brass key holder out with the key so if you have a plug in repellant it wont work when you are out. I would advise taking a proper fly spray with you as well as the deterrent and spraying that around the apartment when you go out at night. This will stop the little blighters from getting at you.

Does anyone (Wendy Robinson in particular) Know if the Hotel supply Bath Towels to the apartments, or do we have to take our own. If we do have to take our own is there anywhere were we can use a washing machine or a laundry service.

Hi everyone id just like to let u know that my sister Nicola works behind the bar at the Beach Star she's very friendly! The hotel is great and vasillis who owns it is very very nice and friendly!If you happen to see Nicola let her know her little sister says HI!

Just to let anyone out ther know that the owner of The Beach Star Hotel Elaine is our daughter and she has lived in Greece for nearly 12 years shes a lovely person and will make you feel so welcome we are off to stay at The Beach Star Apartments on Friday and cant wait to see her we are so proud of her Corfu is a beautiful place and the apartments of Beach Star Hotel Apartments are wonderful clean and very friendly cant wait . Apartments are located only a stroll away from the centre of Sidari approx 5 to 10 minute slow walk if you class the centre of Sidari as being the church taxi rank and Mcdonalds area. From the crossroads at Macs youshould look towards the noth-east (look for sea) the road going to the beach star is opposite Mac'3 and hass the o'la la bar on the corner.Follow this narrow road over a small bridge and continue to the end of the road where the Beach star is located on the right.

The beach Star is excellant for both families and older couples alike. its locaed away from the main street of Sidari where all the noise is and has a lovely swimming pool right next to the sea if you prefer a more refreshing swim. What makes it really friendly are the staff and owner elaine and vasillis. I would recommend this hotel to anyone but be aware you may have to book early to get availability

We stayed in the BeachStar Hotel in Sidari, we enjoyed every moment. The hotel was nice and the staff were great, very friendly 2 Girls in particular Elaine and Nicky, very welcoming and obliging. The cleaner was in our room every day and she was really nice. The pool is just afew steps from the hotel, and the sea is next to the pool. Its about 5mins walk to Sidari town and there are some really nice places to eat. I would recommend The three little pigs which is at the far end of town, the sea breeze and do not miss the mexican at the side of mcdonalds that was fantastic.

We stayed in the Beach Star Apartment which are next door and they where fine, location excellent right opposite beach, really nice atmosphere, choice of two pools, one in the apartments one accross road (well path really) from the hotel, a short walk and you are in the main street of Sidari.

im going to the Beach Star Hotel in Sidari next week. was looking forward 2 it until i read these comments. HELP
