Yannis apartments is a very nice n quiet place it is great 4 a cheep and relaxing holiday, u can always get a sunbed around the pool no matter what time in the day it is, rooms r average but with the money u pay u dont expect 5star luxury. i would and will be returning xx very friendly staff and people xx
we just returned from a 2week holiday at yiannis apartments. this was our third year there we love it there. the people who run the place yiannis, costa, and dionne are all great friendly people. the apartments are basic but very clean.an the pool is also lovely an clean 2.it is nice and quite an u can always get a sun bed at the pool great if u have kids cos its never 2 full. the beach an shops an places 2 eat r only a few mins walk. we always go 2 a place called perros bar 4 breakfast its huge an really nice all 4 only 4.50 euros. an the family who run it r very friendly and helpful. all in all sidari is a lovely place. but we deffo suggest yiannis apartments.
me and my husband went may for a week it was fab. Accomodation basic but clean .staff very friendly and helpful coudnt ask for more you are near to all the bars and beach. we are hoping to go back next year
Stayed in Yannis 11 which is the block away from pool.Got two bedrooms, sizeable kitchen with table and chairs and three balconies overlooking beautiful gardens and waterfall!! hot shower .Towels changed twice a week and when we asked for more it was no problem. It was nice and peaceful.Pool clean and the bar drinks and food service excellent.Staff really helpful and a big thankyou to Yiannis who tried his best to get us a taxi when we missed our connecting transfer. Dion most informative replaces to visit. Location perfect with a two minute walk to safe sandy beach with pedalos and Perros Pool Bar with most friendly staff and fantastic breakfast!!also big thankyou them for trying to sort our taxi!!Mythos restaurant at the far end of the main strip and Mexican well worth a visit. Most restaurants do a set menu for three course meal between six and eight euros and big breakfasts start from around four(and they are big!!). Soft drinks were between 2.50 and 3 euros. We had a fantastic holiday. The people of Sidari most pleasant and helpful, would definitely return. Plenty of bars and rerastaurants with somethingfor everyone from karaoke to pool, sky Mosquitoes are a problem,be sure to take anti histamine creams. Steedman and Bowdler
Ok mixed feelings about this so I'm gonna be honest. Yannis and bar staff were friendly but not particularly helpful regarding general information. You pay extra for everything, I was shocked the aircon is an extra 7 euros per night and when you're paying for a cut price break that adds a lot onto the overall cost, the safe is also another 10 euros for week.
Towels were only changed once per week so take extra and you need to put one down on the shower room floor as the tiles get very slippy and the drain cover was all broken in our appartment, the top of the bathroom cabinet had a hole in it and got very hot from the light which we didn't realise and my daughter got a hole burnt in her make up bag which she'd put up there. I'm just glad it didn't catch on fire.
The pool was lovely and very clean and except for the things I've mentioned the apartments were also basic but nice and close to the town centre for walking but quiet enough to be away from noise at night. We did have a problem with teenagers in appartment next door making a lot of noise after coming in drunk and when I tried to ask staff if they could help they just said it was better if I spoke to them which I was not too happy about. Luckily the teenagers concerned didn't tell me to get lost and were really quiet the rest of the hols.
hi yannis dion and costers
The Yannis I and II are together, they are just seperate blocks of the same complex. They are a 10 minute walk from the town centre, just down the road from McDonalds, along the beach front. There are a few tavernas on the walk, and many more once you hit the centre, catering for all tastes. Yannis runs the bar in the evening (very funny guy) and his son runs it through the day. We loved it here the atmosphere was brilliant, and made some good friends. Apartments were clean but basic.
Hi, can anyone tell me where the Yiannis 1 is in the town??
We stayed at Yannis II and had a fantastic time,we made some brilliant friends and the whole atmosphere at these apartments was welcoming. Yannis ran the bar in the evenings and organised games of killer on the pool table to get everybody talking, and on quiet evenings kept the kids amused. Beware when you are taking pictures in the bar Yannis always pops up in there somewhere, and is a real charmer. The apartments are cleaned daily, and have the basic amenities for a self catering holiday. Safes and fans are available to rent from the bar at 10 euros for 1 week and 15 euros for 2 weeks. It is a 5/10minute walk along the beach front to Sidari Main Street, you pass a number of very nice Tavernas on the front for those who don't like to walk far. The only thing that spoilt this holiday was the mosquito's, which were very bad. On the whole had a great holiday and would go back if only to see Yannis.

Hi
I have just come back from staying in Yannis Village and I loved it. My friend & I went, it was our 1st holiday without our parents. I loved it so much I am going back next year. The staff are so friendly, esp Tellis, Tom and Kevin. The appartments are kept clean and tidy. Once you have been you will be going back every year!!!

We loved these appartments. They were cleaned everyday , to pool area and grass maintained by Yannis everyday and Kosmas and Georgina at the bar were great. A nice easy walk into the main strip to have something to eat. I would highly recommend Yannis Apartments (please do not get confused with yannis village)GREA....T..... want to go back !!!!
we stayed at yannis apartments last 2 wks in may, the apartment block we were in was yannis 2 and they were spacious, clean,we had a toaser and electric kettle. the cleaners came in every day and the standard of cleanliness was superb. they also put flowers in the apartment and nothing was to much trouble.films were shown every night food was superb pool was kept very clean. the walk into sidari only takes about 10/15 mins but it is a nice walk. taxi ride home is cheap if you dont feel like walking home. highly recommended.
we are staying at yannis apartments early aug with two kids is there air con in the rooms is it quiet or niosy and has anyone got any feedback they can give it would be very helpfull thank you.please can you send me anything about what to do where to eat to karen.sherlock@tesco.net
We've just returned from 2 weeks at yiannis village 25th june to 9th july it was great Telis Tom and Kevin were perfect gentlemen and Nicholleta the young lady who served meals every morning was a star the room's were really nice if a bit warm (Telis get air con in all the room's babe)We had 3 daughters with us aged 11 13 14 and they also thouroughly enjoyed themselves.
The walk in to town sometimes was a bit to hot but if you did'nt fancy the walk then you just ring a taxi on site it's 5 euro's anywhere in sidari which was a godsend when it's 35 plus degrees there is plenty of entertainment on site which usually start's at 10pm and you can order food to eat in or take back to your room Brilliant. We made loads of new friend's you know who you all are I would also like to give a special thank you to Kevin the entertainer for his help on thursday nite (best rep ever). We'll be back
