i dont see what many people find as a problem... this is the best place to stay.. ive been so many time now i have lost count.. im returning this year... i love the family they are so friendly... they dont deserv people saying that its a horrible place.. i say you should all go there... after all... you are there to relax and to be here with the family u are treated like a family member..the family put themselves out for every who stays there and therefore shouldnt be de-rated cause the reps cant do there job... i think they have alot to deal with not just the reps problems.... but people how have gave them a poor rating are just disapointing....
kirsty louise xXxwhat a brill place to stay.the family that own it are the best.only one prob cant find there email addy.so any one able to help i would be glad to hear from you.

Hi every1! me n my family stayed at the goudelis apartmets this year in july and i have to say it was absolutley fantastic, the family r soooo friendly and the location is ok. You feel right at home in this complex and every1 is so nice, we met lots of really nice people and we're hoping to go bk next year. The location is good, but i advise you to hire a car, but if you dont mind walking then you'll be fine! The town is only about 10mins walk. There are some lovely resturants but the best by far is salt and pepper or sea breeze, they r both good value for money and the food is gorgeous! Overall it was a wonderful holiday!! from Christine (15 yrs old)l xxx p.s if joe or holly read this get in touch!! xxx
Goudelis is a great place i have been going since they opened it is so friendly and a lovely place.
WE HAVE BEEN GOING TO GOUDELIS APARTMENTS FOR THE LAST COUPLE OF YEARS, AND WE COULD NOT OF ASKED TO MEET A FRIENDLY FAMILY. ON ARE FIRST VISIT CAROLINE AND LEA MADE US FEEL SO WELCOME AND ESPECIALLY ARE SON, WE HAD NO HESITATION IN BOOKING FOR THE FOLLOWING YEAR AND KEPT IN TOUCH WITH CAROLINE AND LEA. WE VISITED THIS YEAR IN JULY AND THE WHOLE FAMILY MADE US FEEL SO WELCOME, WE STILL KEEP IN TOUCH AND WILL BE VISITING AGAIN NEXT YEAR.
we have just returned after spending a week at the goudelis apartments and we had a fantastic time. the family are so friendly, they make you feel part of their family. nothing is too much trouble for them. the complex is very nice and clean. it was the best holiday we have ever had and we intend to go back again next year for 2 weeks with more member of our family. the only draw back, there was a cockrel just across the way that didn't know what time of day it was as it would crow at all hours of the day and night.
i dont no how any one can say the pool is merky
I went to the Goudelis Apartments in August 2004. The Apartment was well equipped. The pool was a goodsize and the bar very good. The Goudelis family were the most helpful and friendly people anyone could meet. I went their as a single mom with my son and met my future husband Garry there. So the best holiday i have ever been on and going again in September 2005 for our first holiday together as a couple.
We have been to the Goudelis apartments every year since 2000 and love it, the family are lovely people and the apartments in there quiet location are fantastic for families, it is a bit of a hike to the beach but this shouldnt put people off staying with this lovely family
ive been four times now and im going agen thid year, i love it. its about 15 mins to the supermarket. the family is so cool they get one well with me lot.
Me And My Girlfriend Visited In May 2004, It Was Our First Holiday Abroad So Was Looking Forward To It, It Turned Out To Be Ok, The Family Was Great, But The Location Is Bad, About A 10-15 Minute Walk To The Nearest Supermarket And A Further 10-15 Mins To The Sea Front, The Beach Is Quite Poor And Not Very Nice Scenery, The Apartment Cleanliness Was Not Good, In The 1 Week We Stopped, We Only Had The Towells Changed Once. Overall Though It Was A Good Experience And May Return Some Time In The Future (But Not Too Soon, Want To See The World!)

We have just returned from the Gouldelis appartments and had a good week. The appartments are fairly basic..which we diddnt mind as we were not planning on staying in all day,but the towels and sheets could have been changed more frequently. The appartments are family run, which gives the service a more personal feel. On arriving Spiros (the father) gave us a free round of drinks and drove our luggage to the appartment as the coach cant make it down the back road. Bottles of Amstel cost 2 and a half euros, but can be bought from the shop 10 mins down the road for 66 cents. BEWARE on your first day as shop keepers will try to rip you off if you dont look like you know what your doing and they know the days people arrive. The pool was clean for the first 5 days but looked a bit murky near the end. Also i would advise anyone travelling this month to pack a mac as it rained for the first 2 days and thundered so hard the appartment shook! The nightlife varies depending on whay you like..quiet pubs and restaurants and noisier pubs and a night club, it costs 5 euros from the appartment to town in a taxi and one of the Gouldelis family will call it for you. The town consists of hundereds of gift shops all selling the same things but at different prices, so shop around first before buying, loads of pubs and restaurants/cafes, a bowling alley,a night club and there are 2 super markets. We found the appartment pub quite understocked, as by the end of the week their was hardly any drink left and the entertainment was few....one karaoke night/bbq, but i must say the girls behind the bar are very friendly lovely people(Spiros daughters)who will stay up for as long as you want a drink. The canal d'amore is worth a visit and some nice beaches can be found. All in all a nice relaxing break, but not sure we would return.
we visited in august 2004-2 adults, 3 kids of 17,15 & 11.first impressions were good, but would never go back.our apartment(no.10)was attractive with nice views, but the kitchen was extremely poorly equipped.no sitting area - only our beds or hard back chairs.sheets were changed once only after a week and a half! despite repeated requests our white towels issued on arrival were never changed at all! it seemed the more you asked, however nicely, the less you got. the maid service was reasonable, but they only emptied the bins and swept the floors. the pool was very nice, but not really big enough for the number of people, although it was relatively empty on some days due to trips etc. a lot of these places welcome people staying elsewhere in the resort to use their facilities. there were some italian families there who tended to take over though they were never rude-just loud! the bar was open as long as anybody wanted serving. this meant that although a quiet location the apartments themselves were not. the food here wasn't great only average and everything with chips!there was loud noise/activity regularly until 3 or 4 in the morning, this followed by the c**k crowing across the road and the 'bin men' at about 6am (1 up all up) meant we got very little sleep. a 10 min walk to first supermarket, but a good 30 mins into main resort which is like blackpool. poor beach, but good watersports-banana boat, ringos, flying fish, paragliding etc. the 'oasis' is a lovely place to eat with good service by far the best we found. a lovely italian pizzeria a bit further on, but poor service. generally, we found it a bit more expensive than spain last year. the greek people cater very heavily for what they think the british want, so if you want a bit of authentic greece you won't get it. even at a greek night we were treated to very little greek dancing, it was over quickly and onto the okey cokey, conga etc. they didn't even give you a proper meze-salad, chips & taramasalata! we had an o.k time, but not the best time. we hope this is of use to some of you. we were influenced by all the good reviews we had read, but were sorely disappointed.
PLEASE can anyone tell me what the nearest landmark to these apartments are. im going in 2 weeks. know sidari quite well but cont know where these areTHANKS..
