Chiara Apartments

I stayed in the Chiara Apartments last in June 2002 for a week. We were a party of 5 20 year olds. The apartments themselves were nice, but they were quite dark. We did not like the lighting. We were hardly in there although we spent a night on the balcony. We ended up using the pool on the back of the apartments after asking the shop owner nicley. The location is good as there are shops and pubs close by. The beach was not too far either. It was good for our needs althouhg we would have liked a bigger balcony!!!!

Let me point out that i stayed in the Chiara studios.
Although the studio was clean and well looked after, it's not really suitable for a family with children. It's best used as a base for the partying type of holiday.
When i stayed in October 2001, there was an overgrown field in front of the studio, more like waste land. It's location was good for the beach, there's plenty of bars nearby and sidari town is about a 10 minute walk.

Whilst on holiday recently in Sidari, I noticed a for sale board up outside the Chiara apts I tried to ring the number but only got an answer phone message. Does anyone know if they are still for sale and who to contact?
