The accomodation was really really good and the walk into town took just 10 minutes. Beware of the guy who runs them who works in the bar. Once you except that first free drink on your first day, he will expect you to drink there every night and if you don't go to his BBQ night, you'll receive the daggers for the rest of you holiday.Anyway, besides that, I would definatley go to this accomodation again. The towels didnt get changed during the week we were there, so take extras. Also there were no coathangers. Overall, we loved sidari and these were nice, clean & pleasantapartments.
Had a nice break here, but do bear in mind it is 1.8 km from beach and town. Can hire bikes cheaply. Ideal base for exploring northern Corfu and for those who like walking. Rooms basic but ok, views lovelly, music a little to loud for us (but they will turn it down if you ask) Family in pool bar very friendly. Lively until late in bar. Pool large and clean. Could have done with cushions on sun beds - you get a numb bum! Rooms not cleaned every day and not to a good standard. Towels not changed all week, but just ask them for what you want. Our Thomas Cook Rep Lucy was excellent. Very friendly helpful and always there when she should be. Best rep we have ever had, credit to Thomas Cook.
been back from the Spiradoula for a week now. had a fantastic time. apartments are a good 15 minute walk from the centre of Sidari which suited us fine! perfect location for walking or cycling - there is so much to see in the north of Corfu and the spiradoula is a great base. facilities are quite basic but the poolside bar stays open till late every night! the pool itself is great and there are plenty of sunloungers. George who runs the bar and his girlfriend Christina are both local and very friendly!

I am going to corfu in september and would like to see what the spiradoula apartmants look like inside and out can any body help me? thank you
My family went in May 2003 and it was the best holiday we have ever had. Stuart and TJ are brilliant and when we go back to Corfu in May 2004 we intent to go and visit the people at the apartments. The rooms are very clean and very well equiped. The views from the balcony are wonderfull. The pool is very clean. The food in the bar is excellent. Infact there is nothing bad or any faults I could find with the apartments. I would go back anytime, and will.
very basic but awesome!!!!! if i had to describe it in 4 words they would be "the best holiday ever"!!!!! everyone is so nice and make you feel welcome!!
Spiradoula appartments are a must for people who like walking and ouzo(both together are not recommended). To anyone who is going to stay here a push bike and a fan are a must, its a good 15 minutes walk to town and a good 25 minutes back.
Spiro and Stuart are a bad influence, but in the nicest possible way. It is one of the most friendliest hotels i have stayed and would gladly go back again.
Great location for a quiet holiday - away from the hustle and bustle, the walk into town is nowhere near as bad as what you first think. Hire a push bike (though i never did....too much like hard work)!!!
Everyone very friendly, pool beautiful and Stew does a mean fry up in the morning.
BEWARE of Spiros and his Ouzo....how many shots did we have before we got on the plane home????!!!
lONG WALK BACK AT NIGHT BUT TAXIS CHEAP, STUART A MINE OF INFORMATION ABOUT SIDARI!
To Kelly,
Stewart mentioned that Spiradoula was planning to join a website called go-corfu, I dont think it is up and running yet but keep looking out for it, alternatively we have a few photo's of the pool area, bar etc if you want me to forward them on?
regards
Vanessa
Fantastic! We got back yesterday, the only thing I would knock would be the Linen as some of it could do with repairing but having said that it was clean. The rooms are basic but that is typical of Greece.
Stewart and Spiros are brilliant fun, and they make you feel welcome and yes give you lots of Ouzo! We were ripped off on one of the trips we went on (booked via the rep) - we should have spoken to Stewart as he is very helpful and honest.
We wasnt planning a holiday next year but we have had such a great time, we plan to go back next June.
I'm going to these apartments in August and I want to find out any infomation on them as I can as I have not been able to find anything. Are there any pictures of the apartments as I have been unable to find anything. Please help x x x x
The only thing we disliked about these apartments were the distance from any amenities (about a 15 min walk). However there are plenty of bike hire shops just ask and Stewart will ring up and order you one. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the cook/manager Stewart (who is from Leeds) was very friendly and helpful. The owner (Spirous) was always smiling, does not speak english and gives out free ouzos frequently! The pool was clean and theres plenty of free sunloungers. Very friendly atomsphere and a great holiday was had by us and everyone else that was there aswell.
Hey can any one tell me what the Spiradoula Apartments because I'm going in August and I'd like to find out any information I can Thanx x x x
What do they look like?
