Makis Apartments

We have been going to Roda for a number of years and have stayed at different places. We had noticed these apartments every time we had been but it was only last year we found that Libra Holidays dealt with them and so we went to stay. We had a wonderful time. Makis and his family and staff are friendly and helpful. We were a bit apprehensive about the noise due to the proximity to the town but this proved to be no problem at all. The food at the apts is excellent and very reasonable. We have booked to go again this year with our 5 year old grandson we were so impressed.

This was our first visit to the apartments but it most certainly won't be the last. Makis and his family are superb and when the 'Rep'says Makis will keep the bar open as long as you want - it is true - 6.30am one night/morning - and he was still there for breakfast at 8.30am. We hope to take our granddaughter there next year. xxx

Didnt actually stay at this apartment but had I known how good it was before I went to Roda I would have booked up to go here. The hotel I stayed at was dirty so I didnt want to eat there or use the pool. Everyone is welcome to use diferent hotel pools in Roda and we chose the Makis. The food was great (cheese omellete was excellent), the pool was spotless, there was a pool table for everyone to use and the owner Makis and his family were very friendly. If your looking for a restaurant to eat out with children try the Tropicana, it has a bouncy castle and play area for kids fenced off in the restaurant so the kids are entertained while adults can play bingo, quizzes and karaoke. Food is also great.

Stayed at Makis for the last 2 years 3 times in all,went out twice in 1 season. The pool and bar is very good and the friendliness of Makis and his family is wonderful.Close to bars and restaurants without being noisy. The rooms are clean and airy. As with every self catering apt in Greece the equipment is basic but with so many tavernas nearby who needs to cook! If I can find a website that will let me book Makis Apts online then you'll see me there again this year

Had been told how wonderful a place Corfu was, so booked last minute and ended up in Makis Apartments - it was fantastic! Located a stone's throw (literally) from the beach, with its own pool and bar, and nice and clean, family run place. Excellent family holiday, and lots of fun!

could some body give me the makis studios web site i am going there next week and i would like to know what it looks like

the availability of holidays in roda, corfu for julyand august 2003, for 2 adults and three children. we stayed at the makis appartments, ground floor last time, and would like to stay there again. If this is not available then some informationon other places in roda, preferably by the beach and shops, resturants ect.

Didn't actually stay at the apartments but used the pool and bar everyday. Enjoyed the service and the friendly atmosphere so much that we are going there in october.

it was really nice just to chill out by the pool and then you could gostraight up to your room. Th man behind the bar and who lived there was great Makis we called him, he was so friendly and lovely and always happy so he brought a smile to our faces when we saw him
