Hi everyone we are staying in the melinda this coming August and was wondering if there is a cash machine local to the apartments. If anyone could let us know it would be handy. Thanks in advance

coming to stay soon cant wait but would like to know what annexe is like for me and wife with 2 small girls how far from beach and shops what is food like and prices

Add your comment here.. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOUR 2 BED APARTMENT AND ANNEXE. WE HAVE TWO YOUNG CHILDREN AND WE WOULD LOVE TO HAVE A LOVELY APARTMENT WITH BALCONY/TERRACE. THE LAST PLACE WE STAYED AT IN ZANTE WAS A CELLAR APARTMENT, WHICH WAS VERY DARK,COLD AND DIDN'T HAVE A BALCONY OR TERRACE.

In reply to Roy's recent question, the answer is 'yes' As from this year you & all of our clients will be pleased to hear that all of our rooms now have safetly deposit boxes.  There is a local charge for their use, to be paid on arrival should you choose to use your box.  If you have any other queries about the property or Roda itself please do not hesitate to mail us direct. Just returned from a 2 week stay at the Melinda.Positioned just off the main street,a quiet and relaxing location. Jenny's jackets and breakfasts are the best,a must to try. George must never sleep, as he is always ready to serve a cool Amstel, or whatever your tipple might be.The family are very friendly and always make you feel welcome. Hope to be back again next year.

Hi, staying at Melinda Annexe shortly, anyone stayed there? Whats it like? How far from the crossroads is it? Is it actually in the grounds of Melinda? Is it really noisy from the disco? Any comments greatly appreciated.

I have stayed at the Melinda Apartments for a number of years, for the last 4 years I have been unable to book them. I am always very disappointed not to be able to get in at the Melinda. I really think Sarah, is not at the same Melinda Apartments, as the rest of us. The Family that own these apartments are very friendly, and are always pleased to see you whether you are staying at their apartments or just visting the pool. Keep up the good work Nico, Maria, George, Alison, Adonis & Gayle. We look forward to seeing you all again next year. We arrived back on the 21st August, and are now trying to book for 3 weeks next year

We have been going to Roda for the last 8 years, and have been lucky enough to have been able to stay at the Melinder for 4 of those years.

As a disabled person the location is ideal, just a short walk to the resturants and bars.

The Family that own and run the Melinder, are wonderful, and have always made us welcome whether we are staying with them or just visiting the pool each day. I took my daughter for the first time when she was 6 weeks old, and they couldn't do enough to help me. This year we couldn't book the Melinder, my daughter is now 6 years old, insisted we walk the 1.5 miles from our appartment each day just so she could spend the day at the Melinder Pool.

The Melinder is ideal for faimilies, and we have met a couple, who also go back twice a year. We are now trying to book for next year, so that we don't suffer the disapointment of not being able to stay in the Melinder.

I cannot praise these appartments, pool and the family who own it enough.

Sarah, i'm not sure you and i went to the same apartment! I recently spent two weeks at the Melinda, and i can honestly say it was nothing like what you have described! The pool area was less than crowded, infact id believe it to be one of the most peaceful pools in Roda! The staff did make you feel welcome, very welcome infact! And could they have ppossibly of been by the bar all the time so they where easy to get incontact with!?! I do admit that the night club was loud, but surely that is not the Melindas fault! Also, the location is very conveinent as it is only 5 minutes, maybe less than that, walk to the town, and yet your apartment is not stuck in the middle of the town, you are in a peaceful location.
I would recomend the Melinda apartments to anybody, and id just like to thank George aswell for making us feel welcome! (but please dont hire the same greek dancers as before, because some other poor inocent person might get pulled up to 'belly dance', just like i did!!) xxx

we are going to roda staying at the melinda,and i was wondering which is the best opition tour operators coach or taxi.There are going to be 4 familys with children(4to13). If taxi how much and how quick.

we just got back yesterday(10th may 2004) and everyone loved it.We got alon g with George and his family because they were all nice we are hoping to go back in 3 months.Melinda is also great because everyone gets on with each other.

we visit melinda evey year,we have 2 children and we all love it.we are all made to feel very welcome by the family and enjoy their home cooked food at the pool bar. cant wait till next year.

me my dad and my step mother go to the melinda every year for 5years now...one of the best holidays of my life...only ever heard one complaint from a couple this year.they just wanted money though.
im 15 years old and theres so much to do...we are now friends with Gail..Adonis...George...Maria and Nicholas:)
they're great fun and so friendly...i just got home from there last night

we loved the melinda we had a fantastic time it was just what we wanted the owner george and his family are great, made us feel really welcome we are going back again this year for three week's. we can not tell you any thing bad about the melinda were glad to say ,the location was just right as it is just at the top of the main road so your not in the thick of it but it's only a two min walk away we hope you enjoy your stay at the melinda as much as we did.

We are going to the Melinda appartments (not annexe) for our 2003 holiday. Has anyone any info/comments about the apartments and facilities for young teenagers ?
