Olive Grove Apartments

Just got back from staying at the Olive Grove.

well what can i say me and 5 of me mates went to kavos on the 10th of october 2005. it was near the end of the season but we had a bangin week pure quality, we had the best weeks of our lives and were goin back next year i reccomend it to ages18-30, big no no for families, the olive groves apartments where all we needed top notch . the rep was was a legend cheers mark.......... THE POMPEY BOYS

 We went to kavos on the 15th of july for 2 weeks and enjoyed every min. We meet loads of peolpe there and every one was so nice, the weather was amazing. We stayed in olive grove which was fab. Were are booking to go back next year on same dates, also our rep was lovely (Mark) and the secruity guard (George). Would reccommend to any one wanting to party every night.

Our arrival at the Olive Grove was at the unearthly time of 4am.  The Olympic rep on the transfer coach obligingly showed us to our room (9), which on the face of it was basic yet comfortable.  This is pretty much the case of most of the rooms at the Olive Grove.  However, Room 9 seemed to have a rancid smell coming from the bathroom. Although we later bought some disinfectant from the nearby supermarket, the smell kept returning. We complained to the manager of Olive Grove and to his credit he moved us to another apartment.  We were assured that the drainage smell would be dealt with, but when we returned to Room 9 prior to our departure home we discovered that little or nothing had been done to resolve the smell.

help! going to olive grove in august and iv read so many mixed reviews! need to know what its really like anyone got any pics or sites they can direct me to? please leave a message on this site if you have anything that would help!

we stayed in the olive grove from the 27th sept 2004 to 11th october 2004. we were not impressed. We had a very young child and an elderly person. It states in the olympic brochure that it is in a peaceful ,location. It is not, it has a pizza restaurant out front and The net bar, which is just a stones throw away, plays loud music and karoeke until 1.30-2.00am every night. I would not recommend the olive grove to anyone.The pool bar on site stays open until 5.30-6.00am every night and plays very loud music. Its about 20 yards away from the studios.

me and five of my female friends went at the beggining of august this year for two weeks. the weather was amazing and the pool is really good for chilling out round. these apartments are deffo not for families the average age is 18-25, hence the noise at night when people are coming in after being out all night on the strip!! the beach is horrible, dirty, smelly with visible evidence of the night before activities i.e condoms!!! yuck!!! the water sports however are good. the location is good because its not far at all to to walk to bars, restarants, shops and clubs. however its really dark at night and girlies beware do not walk anywhere on your own!! it really is not safe. this complex has a security guard at night, however he is just as p**vy as the greek men who follow you about!! the reps are fab, particularly one called emma from liverpool she was excellent.overall we had a really good holiday!!! but wouldnt go back next year- been there done that kind of thing!! but did meet loads of cool people.

Hi, 2 girls going to Kavos 15th October, were both up for a good time!! Anyone else going the same time??

Went with 10 other lads just got back two days ago had a class time its on the other side of the road to the beach but not far at all. Its at the end off the strip bout a 2min walk to the begining off the good bars and clubs, would recomend rocky's bar at midnite. The olive grove was full of young people and i wouldn't recomend it to families.

Can anyone tell me how far the olive grove in kavos is away from the main strip? Is it on the beach side of the road or the other side? How noisey is it? Email me at pattersone@aol.com many thanks. if you have any photos that would be great.

We are going to kavos in the next few weeks and are travelling with children. we where wondering can anyone tell me how close to the strip are they and are they noisey at night? Are the apartments clean and tidy? if anyone has any photos or has been could they let me know. thanks

just returned went with olympic holidays. accomodaton was excellent. very clean.if you need info on this accomodation you can get it on www.olympicholidays.co.uk kavos is really geared up for youngsters 18 to 30 but we are 40 something and had a great time.i would reccomend the accomodation to my grandmother but not the resort ha ha. I am sure anyone who stays here will have a great time.be warned 2 euros a day for sunbeds though.do speak to nitsa the old lady she loves trying to teach you greek. she picked me fresh lettuce every day and brought me fresh laid eggs. lovely lady

Does this place actually exist? No-one, no-where seems to have any photographic evidence of this place, even the travel agents!!!
If anyone has a photo of this place it would be gratefully received. I am off to Olive Grove Apartments next Friday so before then would be best, rather than me getting there and it not actually existing!!!!!
