4 OF US LADS STAYING FROM 27TH JUNE 2005 FOR A WEEK LOOKING FORWARD TO IT HAS ANYONE BEEN THERE BEFORE I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR COMMENTS

The appartment always smelled of crap, as the was a big problems with the drains. On the way up to our room we were always attacked by flys, mozzies and wasps. the rooms were all basic and not three star as it said in the brochure. the furnature was falling apart, we had a toiletseat which was broken, we asked for it to be replaced , all we got was it tapped up for the week. my wife got an electric shock one night from the light switch, the owners thought it was down to the dampness at this time of the year. You can`t cook in the rooms as the appliance looks likley to blow up if to much electricity is used. Be aware ladies they only supply you with 1 loo roll for the whole holiday. we only stayed a week and the linen was never changed just turned over , or around.
one plus is the pool area that was a good standard. don`t take kids to the Chandris it`s DANGEROUS. The only thing which saved our holiday was the weather , HOT, and the rest of the people staying in the appartments, who ALL felt the same. Kavos is a place to go to when your young , but not on October, No nite clubs open and the major bars not intreated in entertaining. The beach was dirty and the sand full of broken glass, is was like the season is nearly over we can`t be bothered. Try Uncle Harry`s for their chips and cheap DVD

I'm staying here on the 8th of October this year, anyone know what the nightlife will be like this late in the season?

Just got back this morning, and i'm already missing it. Can't complain at all about the chandris apartments, although the owners don't ever seem to be in the best of moods. As for kavos itself, its wicked and you have to check out Edelweiss bar, rolling stone and bonkers. They rock!!!!!

Great holiday!!!!, got back from kavos on 14th july (2004) such a class holiday. Only bad thing about chandris was ya have to walk so far to get to places like buzz bar. If you like hip-hop, go to venue, such a good atmosphere. Everyone was friendly, only saw one arrest. Missing kavos badly. In the day- the pool is great(always refreshing) and the hotel bar is reasonably priced. Any questions just e-mail me.

Just back from Kavos and I have absolutley no complaints about the Chandris Apartments. They were spotless. I was in a seperate block which are only a year old. Pool is a good size and has a shallow end for kids. Christos and Ian work in the bar and they were very friendly. If I was going back to Kavos, especially from looking at other apartments we could have been staying in, I would defo request the Chandris.

this place is great especially if u get put in the seperate block so the old man can't ring the police if u bring anyone back. The pool is fantastic and the sun loungers are in exactly the right place. The food is a bit :S but thats all i can complain about. I wanna go back and i only got back into the uk yesterday morning :(

HEY! the 3 18 year old girls, me and my mate emma are coming to Kavos to stay at the Chandris hotel from the 27th-7th June 2004! Hopefully we will see each other so we can get a girly group to hit the clubs!

How far are the apartments from Lefkimmi Hotel??

i have booked today to go to the chandris apartment on the 7/5/03 me my hubby and my two year old are going. By reading the details on here everyone seems to have hated it please tell me some good things about kavos for familys we are staying in the chandris apartment is it noisy

after reading all the other comments on the above apts. i was dreading this holiday. I went with my wife and 6 yr. old son. when we got there we found the place to be spottlessly clean. the staff where very friendly especially christos the barman. We had lousy weather all week terrential storms infact. the apartments where cleaned every day except sunday, the food was superb and the pool(the two days we got in) was perfect. anybody going there will have a great time. The only problem we had was everything in Kavos was closing due to the end of season.still plenty of bars open though and I would reccomend the britaish restaraunt on the corner opposite the barn for the best kleftico you will ever get in greece.

went to the chandris for the first week in july, pretty clean and tidy, maids don't really do what they're paid for but when ur pissed u dont care. don't go in pool when u come in pissed or some daft b*****ds with clubs will chase you to your room and beat the s**t out of you, (trust me, it happened to noe of my mates). canny location to start in, about 2 minute walk to the barn and 5 mins from the main square, can't tell you how far away from the beach it is coz we never made it that far on the day time.

What are these apartments like?
What end of the strip are they near, the Barn or Buzz, or Scorers?
