me and my mates came back from kavos on 10th june and what a great time we had! i didnt wanna leave! the appartments are basic but clean and the atmosphere around the big blue pool is fantastic! and the bar man chris is a lovely bloke. the beach aint very nice but you wont wanna leave the pool anyway! i heard before i went that the reps were not nice people but what a load of bull s**t that was! all 4 of them are mental and are up for a laugh! especially jabba and steve! the people are lovely over there too. we met loadz of people. if you really wanna get slaughtered then have a fish bowl of head f**ker! it does exactly what it says. the pub crawls and the booze cruise are s**t hot. but just make sure u bring plenty of money coz i ended up drawin more out over there! but it was well worth it! overall its the best holiday ive ever had! see you all at the reunion in november!!!

Just how good is Kavos? 6 Lads going to stay in Odysseus in July. Need info. Bars, Clubs and Ladies, all information needed.

7 North East Lasses, some of us quiet, some of us WILD, some of us wanna relax in the sun, some of us wanna fling each other in the pool and play water volleyball. All of us want a wild night out EVERY night, and NEED a clean room to sleep, get a shower and get ready to go out in...Have we made the right decision booking with Odysseus?

Me and my mate have just come back from Kavos and we had such a wicked time. Ok it was nearly the end of season but we still had a wicked time! it was hot but not to hot and the pubs were not so busy that u couldnt move!!

I would defo go back again!!

U should go 2 fire bar!! u buy 1 drink and get about 6 free its wicked!!

Me and my mate just got back from our holiday a couple of days ago. In all I had a brilliant time but that was mostly due to the people that I met out there, basicaly we went as two and by the end of the week we were 18 people all hanging out, party central room 43 baby!!!!!!!!!
The hotel room is ok, but a bit tacky(we brought our own bleech to clean it), the shower(if you can call it that) is beyond words and the beds are hard but comfortable!
The twentys reps were useless to say the least, I must av saw our rep in our hotel once in that whole week and I only found out where their office was on the last day! Plus they nver turned up on time to meet you for pre-arranged trips if they say 8pm=8.45/9.00.

the apartments are in a brilliant location, within walking distance to everything and the pool is really nice. the bar can be a bit dodgy though, my friend ordered a blue lagoon cocktail and it was orange!! sure there must be something wrong there!! also the cocktails are really really strong, but not in a good way, they tasted pretty rank!! the older barman is a right p**ve and he blows his whistle all the time for stupid things like if he sees you drinking water or something! our apartment was in the orange building and it was just at the bottom right of the pool, near to the bar. we had the speakers right outside our room which got kind of annoying and also when people were screaming and shouting and jumping in the pool at 6am it wasnt very impressive! although most nights i was pissed out of my tree so i heard nothing but when i wasnt it got kind of annoying! beds arent very comfy either and the sheets dont get changed, i had sand in my sheets all week and it was not very comfy! but the cleaner does a good job apart from that. we got a bit ripped off with our apartment though cuz we saw two other apartments of friends we made and there's was so much nicer than ours and they paid less! one of them was the really big one above the pool bar and it was so nice! we were not impressed to say the least! but we didn't spend very long in the rooms and at least they were generally clean! all in all, i would recommend the apartments, just hope you dont get room number 2 if you're a light sleeper!

kavos is a mint place to go on hols wiv ya mates, i went at beginning of july with 4 of my mates 18 and 17 yrs old. as a holiday overall it was the best, the nightlife is buzzin. the apartments are in a good location but cos there at one end of strip meant we never really went down other end cos 2 pissed but we reached the best bars in the middle which are snobs and buzz. i only spent 500 quid in 2 weeks which i wernt expectin, its dead cheap2 drink out, getting cocktails and spirits 4 for 1 in some places, the music isnt really up2 date tho, it still had all the dance tunes like pretty green eyes all them classics but djs havnt got a clue about new songs comin out over here.met so many top people on holiday,make sure your round the big blue pool when you get home early hours of mornin its always lively, my mates had room 2rite next 2 pool n they always had a laugh till the sun came up, theres not much choice if near the pool tho it can get a bit rowdy. hardley any beach but clean and watersports are mint, dont go on the rings b4 waterpark tho i could hardley walk cos was holding on so tite, well scary!but if i ever went back or had the choice b4 i went i would have neva stayed in odysseus, the rooms are complete s**t holes yeah they mite be clean but the water runs yellow there is no shower curtain so the whole bathroom and everywhere elso gets soaked and there int any hot water. we dint even hav a balcony so with 3 people in the room it got f**kin boilin and we had no where 2 dry our towels. sounds pathetic now but it well puts you off when you first get there n havin a better apartments would have made the holiday better. im not after luxury and knew would be basic but they are s**tholes. 2wentys are the worst company i have been with on hoilday, reps are all arrogant and love themselves 2 much 2bother about doing their job, our door dint even lock but did the reps give a s**t, no. they were pathetic couldnt even organise a boat trip, went with 18-30 last year 2 magaluf and were so much better than 2wentys.they dont giv a s**t about you, dint even speak 2us n evry1 i spoke 2 in odysseus about them thought the same. prob wunt go bk2 kavos cos its dead small n only 1 good club i thought but really glad went there this summer, will neva 4get it! it dint smell at all either.

am sorry but were u in the same aparst as me?? i had a wicked time, met a s**t load of people the reps were class (apart from charlie tha tryed to get in2 every 1) the aparts were basic but u ave 2 expect that from greece. as with paying for u sunbed, u do tha every were in greece. a good tip, wen u e the dodgy woman with her bumbag and git tight legings on just jump in the pool, then u dont av 2 pay for your bed. i will be def def going back to the odysseus. the food from the net bar over the road is gorgeous. the best bar is rockys u can get a head f**ker for 5e, that def does what is says on the tin. we went on the pub crawl and the boat trip thing, i got hammed on the boat cant remember a thing. dave the rave (disco dave) is really funny. cant w8 to see every one in november for the reunion. if any one is going to odysseus soon tell the reps that the north east lasses said hi!!

NEVER book your holiday with 2wenties, they are without a doubt the most unorganised reps ever! very inaccessible and not even helpful when you do get a hold of them! The actual apartments are quite tacky, when we arrived the whole floor was soaked, due to the broken fridge that was layed out in the middle of the room. The cleaner, although very rough looking, actualy does a good job no matter how much of a mess or how many stains ... you make. You get used to the smell after the first day, and it really isnt that bad. The Beach is not super but deffinetley worth visitng, the water is very very warm. As for spending money, bring as much as you can! I brought 350 and my friend bought 300 spending money, due to being ripped off by 2wenties and the exspensive drinks we were out of money on the third day but luckily we were still able to withdraw money from our bank accounts. The pool at the swimming pool is quite nice, jumping off the balcony into the water was its best asset. As for the owners of the 24hour bar, they will take as much money from you as possible. You will be charged hig prices for food, drink, sunbeds and even to sit down! Never take your own drink or food around the pool, the bloke will come across and snatch it off you and throw it away, nothing you can do about it out there!

Oh My God thats a bit of horrible news isnt it? im sure nothin like thats gonna happen at the same apartments is it? Were going on the 28th aswell but its going to be more lively then, and im sure none of the filthy greek purves are gonna be doing their dirty work when its lively! Me and my friend are going to the Odysseus Apartments in 6 days! (28th june), from what we have read its going to be an amazing holiday! The thing is were strapped for cash atm, how much would you suggest to take for the week? what are the prices on food, drink and trips (i.e. Waterpark, Booze Cruise, Moped Hire)??? Any suggestions or comments will be much appreciated, Thanks!

Went to Kavos 28th May for a week with my two mates and had the best hol ever! Apartments were right at start of strip with a bar across so you could step out and work your way up,and be pissed in no time! Apartments themselves are basic but very clean and the pool is great! I'll definatley be back to Kavos!!!

hi...sounds like it is gonna be a good holiday!! me and my mate gemma went to faliraki last year n had a great time.. hopefully the odysseus and kavos will top that.flyin out on the 28th of june so not long now!! more lads there hopefully!!!

My boyfriend and I went out to kavos on 24th May this year and stayed at the Odysseus aparts it was fantastic best holiday in a long time!!. For the price you pay the aparts were fine dodgy showers though!!. Location was fantastic you are able to walk down the strip and if your like me pissed by the time you get half way down. By the time any one go's now the nighlife will be WICKED!! Only downside is the beach needs a good clean but there are a few nice parts. Slight smell but very occasionnaly and definatly didnt spoil our holiday. 2wenty's is ideal if your single but still fab if your a couple - ideal for a three some!!!

Top quality apartments, stayed July 2003 and staying July 2004 aswell.
Stayed in old block which was still good apart from the stereo system by the pool kicks in at 9am so you dont get much sleep but you dont go on holiday to sleep so who cares!!!

Odysseus apartments are nice (as long as you get the new block) Kavos is great, been in 2000 & 2001. going in may 04 for a long weekend

my boyfriend and i are going on holiday to kavos on may 28th, im just wondering if couples even go here. and is it that smelly and dirty, also do the greeks go for the blondes? that is a bit scary. but we are both fun and mad anyway. the main worry is the cleanliness?????

Had great time! smell isnt that bad. i thought the appartments were great for what you need. and to be honest your hardly there! we werent to busy meeting different people! best appartments have to be next to the big blue pool bar and not above the net bar! appartment directly above the big blue is awesome and im sure welsh lads you'd agree!!!! great nightlife plenty of drink! Jonny the bar man is wicked! (honky donkey)! only there a week! and that was hard work but wouldv given anything for another week. Reps were great! highly recommend this loaction and the appartments! going back to the odysseus next year for sure! loved it!

Been back from Kavos about a month now and so need to go back!! Kavos itself was wicked. The smells not as bad as people make it out to be, iyts not like it stinks all the time...u just get the occasional whaft!! As for the Odysseus apartments...We thought they were OK. All we really used it for was sleep and a shower (if u can call it that!) The location itself was excellent. Kind of on the end of the golden mile so you could start one and and work ur way through the bars. (although we only ever managed to get halfway down!)Oh yeah.....the bar downstairs does a good breakfast!

Odysseus is quality! Johnny at the pool bar is well funny! i went wiv 9 of my mates! and we will neva forget Kavos! the apartments r gud for how long u spend in them! The maids r so annoying as they dnt speak english! but the constantly clean! I would reccomend goin here! All the best to the 2wenty's reps! Fordy!!

I loved Kavos, and thought the apartments were alot better than what they looked like in the picture! Allan ur rite the cleaner is a pain in the ass, coursed enough trouble and enjoyed opening the doors letting the light in at half 10 in the morn....shes EVIL!!!!!!!!!! Would go back...but maybe choose a different place to stay (wouldnt mind staying there again tho!)

The smell isn't constant...just now and again where there are open sewers.....and they do kinda smell. Had a great holiday tho and would go back

the appartments wur only good 4 putting your head down at night. as soon as you step out of your door your hit by this bad smell of s**t. but dont let this put you off to much as most of kavos has this smell. the worst thing about these appartments is the pain in the a**e cleaner. but the 24 pool bar round the back and the position 4 the night life make the odysseus worth staying in.
