Morfeas Hotel

There is 6 of us girlies coming to Morfeas on the 14th of September for 2 weeks and we're staying in the B&B apartments, can anyone tell us what they are like? also I have heard that we are coming at the end of the season, is there still a few of the bars and clubs open?

me and my friend are going to kavos from the 24th september to the 2nd october and staying b+b at the morfeas appartments.does ne1 know whether theres a fridge in the rooms and whats the appartments like overall.will anyone be there the samr time as us. nebody know where we can get some good pics of the morfeas

i have just came bk from this excellent hotel it was great 2 weeks there. all the people in the hotel where a great laugh . i sure i will be bk next year in the hotel . great night life and the pool party was a great laugh aswell. it was exellent

hi there were all well excited were c*min out on monday. weve herd its wicked at this hotel and the nightlifes mental. we have herd that the beach is mingin and it smells a bit, is this true? let us no if ur out ther at the same time luv ya c ya soonx

hi we have just got back from a fantastic holiday staying at the morfeas. It was in a great location from the lively nightlife but still quiet enough to sleep at night...or day.(haha) Check out Rolling stone,Atlantis,The London Bar(Underground sign) and bar (e-sfnbkjsfgjg)it has a greek name,near the barn. be sure to think of a few excuses ie. "im meeting friends", "were going home", "im meeting friends" otherwise you'll be rather wasted by the time you get to newhere. There are guys walking around taking photos, and are a good laugh to check out the next day. (at a kodak place in town) at only 5 euros a photo its well worth it. dont be fooled into believing the bar men. if they say its 3 for 5 euros and 10 free shots make sure you get it.theyll wash tyhe glasses if you make them. the food was great value for money. harrys in a really nice place to go, and the chinese was great but filling. the 24 hour bar certainly got its moneys worth from us. Be sure to not leave anything on the balcony or your doors open at night,groups of lads do find it funny to take 1 of everything u own.however,all was returned so dont worry. The beach is not far away and a lot of the bars back onto the beach so if u fancy a stroll or to sit with a beverage,its all good fun.Dont miss the foam party, bar crawl, or pool party. deff worth the money!!!!! we met loads of nice people and the staff were really nice. good ol'george. whos seen we in the worst of states. me and my 3 mates just got back from staying in the morfeas apts - (d4 if u were there?!!) and we had the best holiday ever! met some really great/drunken people (yes scottish pimps i mean u!!) and had a laugh drinking & tanning.

one thing i will say is that our shower was rubbish!!!!!! only complaint tho!

the staff are wicked, especially george, costas and jason (we love u guys!!)

we may be back next year who knows...!!!!!

morfeas hotel was brill and so were everybody there. i didnt want to leave it was so great defently want to go back and see everybody again greek people (guys cough cough) are soooooo nice!!!! thanks for a great stay and see ya soon guys

we have just got back from staying at the morfeas hotel for a week, brilliant location of hotel 2 mins walk to nightlife check out the barn (costas the barman is well fit he looks like ross from friends), the staff at the hotel were fab, jason is a cheeky monkey watch he doesnt throw you in the pool, just like to say thanks to everyone for making our holiday so great.

Felicity. I used to work at the Morfeas, and Oula is about a five minute walk away from the Morfeas. It is a little further from the centre, but really close. And, the hotel wouldn't mind if your mates came to use the Pool at Morfeas, the more the merrier!!!! Hope that helps you!!!

Just came back from Kavos this morning, had a peek in the Morfeas as my mum and dad had stayed there. It looked fab!!! Lovely pool area and its set in nice gardens. Its about a 20 metre walk from the high street so your not on top of all the noise and same for the supermarket ( the old lady in Chandris Supermarket is cool!). Nearest bar to Morfeas is ten yards away called Cheers, which will provide you with your football, Eastenders etc, and your only a five minute walk from the main square.

I have just come back from the morfeas it's a great place.
All the staff are fantastic and they cant do enough for you, the 24hour bar comes in handy when you dont want to go to bed!
I am hopefully going back in september, The morfeas as you will see is one of the nicest hotels in Kavos.

hey were u guys out their last June?

Well ... Were do we start... This is the best place to go in the WHOLE of Kavos ......... Most of the other hotels are right along the strip so if you want a quite time after being on a night out you'll have to wait until everyone else is in bed !!. You cannot fault the staff, they are there to help everyone and also doing there jobs so you can't complain at them trying to sell you something that is there bread and butter ... ! Anyway have a scout around and try the different Restaurants/Pubs, the Supermarket is a stone throw away (Water, Alcohol etc etc.). The only thing that will really really do your head in is the Pub/club touts there in your face all the time (fair enough it's there jobs !!) We are going back in June and really looking forward to meeting up with Joy, Taf, and George and most of all Costas.

Arnie, I stayed at the morfeas last year and im going back this year. Not going to lie, The s/c apartments are better then the b/b their is nothing wrong with the b/b at all but they are in the old block. the s/c is new. They have a fridge and two glasses and thats it! the breakfast sin't all that great either but its ok! thats if your up by then! but who cares! its clean and has the basics and the only 24 hour bar in kavos!!!

Hi myself and three other friends are off to the Morfeas b+b apartments in June. What are the b+b apartments like and do they have a fridge to keep beer in?????????? AH!!

it was excellent everything was great. this is the place to stay if your thinkin of goin to kavos!!!!!! Kostas is sound but make sure you stay on big Nula and Big Bula`s good side!!!

just arrived home yesterday with family, staff were fab, made my kids really welcome and had lots of time for them. Joy was always very happy in the mornings! and Sarah our rep was really very nice as well. sam misses her loads!!! had a nice 2nd week thanks morfeas!!! keith and mark says HI!!!! xxxx

came back this morning-we had a fantastic time. the place is very clean, very friendly & very hot. the location is set just right. we were away from the noice of the clubs and bars but within 30 seconds of the first bar. 40 seconds from the supermarket and the hotel has its own 24 hour bar and lovely resterant. (say hello to george for me if you can!!)
kavos itself is very nice although we were quite steady and still managed to spend £1500 in 2 weeks on drink!!
if you can visit the 42nd street bar and say hello to maria and also splash and say hello to john.
finally you cannot go there and not have a b-52 shot and also make sure you try the sexy doughnuts.

on a bad note though-dont bother becoming friends with reps as they dont want to know and make sure you dont get sucked into there trips-all day drinking turned into a small glass of wine for the whole trip!! they still charged 45 euro's though

make sure you visit aqua land - amazing!! well worth the dough.

It's Taff, just thought I'd put a little message up for you all to say it has been a fab summer, and i'm glad to have met you all. you are all right, the Morfeas is by far the best Hotel in Kavos to be in and I'm glad you all had a wicked time!!!!

Just got back from Corfu.. Our Hotel was the best.. and our Rep (TAFF) was Fab - good luck for the future!!! We loved everything about the Resort and our Accomidation, really want to go back now were all home and working :( sooo not fair... xx

the apartments were ok but we stayed in the self catering and compared to the bed and breakfast they were much better.
the staff were very friendly especially jason. the receptionist joy was lovley but our rep was a little bit of a cow. she got a bit annoyed cos we didnt want to join in with the trips. but overall it was a wicked holiday. the bar man was a bit of a p**v we caught him watchin porn at 5 in the morning.

Not a bad work to say about the place - excellent welcoming reception from all - especially Joy (good luck with birth!!), and excellent work by our rep Taff who was very approachable and informative - well done mate, just a shame you missed our last few days! Also excellent reception and personality Jason, who made our evening meals always entertaining - especially for joining us in a leaving drink. (I must learn that poem!!) Pool was lovely - who needs the beach, and generally everyone helpful.(not far to stagger either) I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Kavos! Thanx for a smashing time. Keep in touch.

Hey, we just booked up for our holidays to Kavos. One of my friends told me that the resort is not very clean and many hotel rooms don't have toilets in them. Getting a bit worried!! Could anyone let me know if the rooms at the Morfeas Hotel have toilets in them and is it clean? What a typical girl eh!

We've just booked up for Corfu and we are staying in the Morfeas hotel. I've been speaking to a friend who says that the resort is not very clean and not all hotels or appartments have toilets in every room. Getting a bit worried! Could you tell me if there are toilets in the Morfeas hotel rooms and if it is clean. What a typical girl eh!

sorry i havnt got any pics of the apartments but we thought they were really good and clean, and they wernt noisy compared to all the others in kavos. It is lively but the apartments are not in the middle of it all so you can sleep!The hotel bar is ace- open 24 hours if you cant drag yourself to a club, but it isnt really noisy. It is a typical 18-30's resort but the morfeas apartments are the best there!
There are loads of bars and the clubs are at the other end of kavos from the apartments, the beach is close but it isnt fantastic. There are trips to aqualand and a few small islands and we went to albania which was a bit weird and i wouldnt recommend it!
Kavos has loads of shops and you can also go to corfu town shopping which is good.

Got back from kavos ages ago and still missin it. the morfeas is a definate YES in my book. the staff are the best(all the aforementioned-even jason!!) and the hotel has a really nice atmosphere. the rooms were cleaned daily but i think there was a problem with the draining system right beside our room! anyone booked into this hotel i must say watch out for george-he's funny but a bit sex-mad!!Wish I could go back soon-we had a ball!!!!!

just got back from the best holiday ever with the bestest mate in the world. The staff at the hotel, escpecially Costas and George were amazing and a massive big-up to sarah (taff) our rep, who was the best!!
the apartment was amazing, especially the toated sandwich maker we got and used everday!!
its situation is perfect for gettin to the main strip and givin u plenty of time to eat ur macdonalds before gettin back and chunderin it up again!! attractive!!

I got back from kavos today, and can i say it was the best hol i have ever been on! The morfeas apartments are fantastic and have the perfect balance of not being too noisy, but are right next to everything. The staff at the morfeas are really friendly and are lovely people. The hotel bar is open 24 hours!- big up to bush who works through the night! There is loads to do in Kavos, and i recommend talking to Taf about going on some trips, especially aqualand! All in all, a great place with great people and there is no doubt in saying that i will definately be back there next year. Lx

Me and two friends just got back from Kavos yeaterday. We spent two weeks satying at the Morpheas and I have to say that I think we were lucky to have such a nice apartment. The staff were really freindly and the maids cleaned nearly everyday.
Breakfast was served between 9 and 12 so you don't have to get up too early and drinks at the bar are reasonably priced as they tend to have drink offeres on cocktails (try the Morpheas Mule - there packed full of alcohol and aren't too expensive).
I would recommend going on the Bar Crawl on your frist proper night as it helps you get your bearings and is a really good laugh!

We had a brilliant time in Kavos and it was made even better by staying at the Morfeas Hotel where we were made very welcome by evey one that worked there. George, Michael, Jason and Costas where are bar men and Sarah Lewis was our Thomas Cook Rep who is ace!!!!!
If you are going to Kavos you should definatly go and stay in the Morfeas, its clean just situated outside the main strip(but only a five minute walk) and everyone is really friendly and makes you feel at ease. GOOD LUCK SARAH!!!!!
We met loads of people and did so many different things. We went to the waterpark, went on bar crawls, pool party, boat cruise and we stayed in we watched films with George who made us cups of tea!! Thanks George

When we arrived in Kavos at the hotel, we were welcomed by Geogre, the most amazing barman in the world, after our long night on the town Geogre was their to offer us more, he was brilliant and the same to be said about the rest of the staff at the hotel, they were very helpful. The greek night was really good, took home a bit of culture, and we also did the bar crawl serval time with our rep sarah (taf) who is the best thomas cook rep!! She was their on a daily basis and we became friends, and had a bit of a party with her!! The Hotel was clean, and most of all friendly, it was set back from the night life but it was about a 5 min walk into the strip, We made really good friends with people who we'd go out and party with or stayin the bar and watch a film!!
What more can you ask for from a holiday

just got back from the best two week holiday that we have had in our 35 years of travelling. When told we were going to Kavos, we were a little unsure, but all doubts disappeared on arrival at the Hotel Morfeas. Joy, receptionist greeted us with a beaming smile, as did all staff - Tassos, Akis, Mike, costas, and of course Sarah, the in house Thomas Cook rep. The Morfeas is in a perfect location and caters for your evey need, from late night drinks to home washed laundry! Hotel restaurant and night time atmosphere were superb, and the Greek Night was out of this world! Sarah became one of our close friends and was always willing to help, day or night whether working or on a day off.
All in all an excellent experience, and we will be back in september. Good luck to sarah for the rest of the season, keep smiling!!!

we were really pleased with the morfeas hotel. The 24hr staff were really friendly and did what ever they could to make our holiday as nice as possible night and day.

I couldnt disagree more with the persons above comments. I found Morfeas to be clean and friendly. As for Kavos, well it is notorious for its party atmosphere, a bit of research before booking your holiday would have told you this very quickly.

I had an excellent time, the hotel is situated just far enough from the noise when you want to catch some sleep, but easy walking distance from the party scene. Thanks for a wonderful holiday!

I just got back from Corfu on Saturday. I'd been for 2 weeks. It was amazing. The rep Sarah is great and George the night barman is tops. Ask him for a Wakey Wakey. It's a cocktail he made for me one morning at 6.30am and we named it "Wakey Wakey". The hotel is in a great location. Close enough to the bars and restaurants but far enough away so that you don't get a load of noise on a night. The rooms are basic but clean. 2 blocks are for B & B guests and there are 2 brand new blocks for self catering.

Had a fantastic time in Corfu, I can't wait to go back. It wasn't that busy as it was the first week of the season, but we made our own entertainment in the 24 hour bar of the hotel! The bar staff were lovely, the food was good and the cocktails I highly recommend.
The location was good because it is situated just off the main strip, most of the apartments were right in the centre which I can imagine would get really noisy in peak season. All in all, I wish i had stayed for two weeks and i'll definately do that next time.

Dreadful - do not go thre. Husband ended up with gastro enteritis after the Greek night as we had waited over 1 hour for our food that was only luke warm on arrival. On the whole Kavos is dirty and smelly with a dirt road. We asked for a quiet place and this was recommended by some jumped up rep. who did not know what they were talking about. This is a hotel/apartments. Very clean rooms, quiet 24 hour bar- usually filled with staff, but very friendly. Lovely pool, and poolside bar. There are bars and supermarkets 2 mins away, but the strip is about 5-7 mins. This is good as u can get ur sleep and are away from all the drunken idiots, but when YOU are the drunken idiot it's not far to walk back! Lovely place.

is there a hotel called morfeas in corfu or is it just apartments
