Yianetta Apartments

My husband & myself (60yrs.plus) are visiting Yianetta aparts. Sept. this year. Any information re. nearness to sea/supermarket/bus stop etc. would be appreciated. Also we note that there is a 150 meters walk before reaching this apartments. Is this right????

we are looking at coming and staying with you during july it is a gorup of 8 students and i was just wondering wot the night life is like there and how far away from the beach shops etc the apartments are? and information and pictures would be gratefully appreciated!hope to hear from you soon,

These apartments are lovely, would definatly go back again! i dunno where all the bad reviews came from because i never experienced any of them problems! best holiday of my life!!!

That's was a nice holiay, the price is right to what they have.
If you want a 5 stars Hotel, try another place, but if you never mind stupid details, ll be a very greatfull holiday!

Good place, Don't think this apartements are the best, but if you like sunlight, beach Kavos is a perfect place for you.
I love this place. But if you try t be a celebrity and pay less for it, don't came to Yianetta because the place is like you pay to stay there.I love that place and I ll never forget this hoidays

I have been in Kavos for a cheap trip, and I love it, i don't understanding why some people pay cheap trips and after that come here and say bad things about the place.
I have the best holiday in all my life and I ll come back here soon, and whos like to say kavos is bad, please weak up!!! If you want a dream holiday why don't you pay £600,00 for one?
If I paid £390 for 2 people, to me it's enough!!!
The weather was perfect, and I don't know about any smell, so SAD PEOPLE next time go to Carabien Islands!

I was staying at Yianetta in June-July 2002 with my mate Amanda. When we firs arrived at our room, we thought they were joking! It looked like a dodgy army barracks or a home for misbehaved kids! It was really basic and we were disappointed coz our other 11 mates got Aphrodite in central Kavos which was much nicer. The staff were friendly - Spiros and Lisa behind the bar and the maid who didn't mind me sleeping while she was trying to clean - and Kavos itself was amazing! It was brilliant. It was a hike into Kavos itself but we just took taxis which were only 4 euros a time which was reasonable. We met some lovely guys there from Birmigham too! Best holiday of my life!

the apartment was dirty, the view from the verandah was awful - septic tanks and what resembled a jungle -, there was no table or chairs in the apartment, the fridge had 2 b unplugged in order to plug in the very slow cooker, the cups and plates were all dirty and broken, the bin was only emptied twice - not nice when there's s**tty paper in there -, it was impossible to find anyone to listen to our complaints, the sheets were dirty, my mother was unimpressed that jmc did not inform us that this was an 18-30 style resort, we had to risk our lives in order to reach the pool which was across a busy road, staff were rude and the only options for anything to do were to pay for overpriced trips and events organised by jmc. what more do u want?

what are the apartments like, advantages and disadvantages. due to go on holiday in july. please advise
