Just like to inform everyone that Ariti 4 now has a new name and a brand new web site.
The name is Villa Nikos and you can find all the relevant info at www.villa-nikos.com
You can still use the Ariti 1 swimming pool for free. There is also free air-conditioning, safe-box and satellite tv (fta). You can check availability and book your room online. Villa Nikos charges you with 30% of the total amount and the rest can be payed a few days before your arrival to Kassiopi.

so if you want good clean appartments with clean pool. id deff recommend these appartments

The Ariti apts were great, not too far out of the village but far enough not to be noisy at night. The Pool was spotlessly clean as was the apt its self. Roomy with comfy beds, proper shower with curtain, toaster, kettle,fridge and hob with plenty of crockery and saucepans (not that we used many of them). We had a two room apt and both rooms had good size balconies with chairs. Parking was a bit tricky but hey we were on our hols so didn't mind much. Checking in was a bit of a bind as there is no reception and unless you were lucky like us to arrive in the daytime you just have to wander about looking for keys in the door, some other people we met there ended up in the wrong apt at 4am in the mornng and we quite unceremoniously chucked out at 7.30 by a very irate greek owner, demanding money!! We stayed here from 14/08/06 for one week anad although it was hot we did not need the air con as the apts have shutters so you can sleep with shutters and curtains drawn which lets in air but keeps out mozzies!!
