Sunny Apartments

Two words sum Sunny Studios up - Abject Filth.

How anybody on TripAdvisor, or earlier in this column can say they are clean says an awful lot about the standards of those reviewers.

Simple and inexpensive they might be but there's a bottom limit and I would say that Sunny Studios are unfit for Human habitation, whatever the price.

We, a 74 year old couple complained to Cosmos expecting they would come and look, find us somewhere else, and then have a quiet word with the proprietor Jackson.

What did they do? They told Jackson we had complained, and Jackson and his daughter "Mouth Almighty", then flew at us like banshees and kicked us out on to the street.

We got 350 in compensation on our return but how does money later compensate at the time for being thrown on to the street with no help from Cosmos, just for complaining.

hey kassiopi is definately the place to be..went 2 years ago and it was a blast..2 minutes away from all the shops and nightlife, its good for the young and older generations...

the people living in the village are very friendly and by the time you leave you will feel like part of the family...since then we have been back 3 times, and we have always been remembered

the only problem is .....you will never want to leave

we are three middle aged ladies going to the sunny apts in early september what is the weather like and any good tips for a good holiday

we are staying at the sunny studios in kassiopi.could u please tell us if we are near the hercules studios.as relatives are stopping there

are these apartments anywhere near hotel hercules.

elaine No you are not far from the shops and bars just a few steps and you are there these apartments are great Very Clean

Beach is a little further away but only i would say a 2-3 minute walk but if you are looking for the beach with water sports it is about 5-10 minute walk These beaches are pebbled if you want a sandy beach go down to the harbour and get a boat to sandy beach which takes about 20 minutes you cant beat this beach

we staying at sunny apartments in kassiopi.r we far from the beach or the shops and bars.

We will be staying in teh apartments in august. Just wondered what they were like and really what to expect when we arrive. Been to a few dodgy apartments in the past and would like to be reassured (or warned!) of what to expect. Stayed in Loxides apartments last year in Sidari and they were brilliant so hoping we will have made a good choice this year also!! Thanks in advance x

some friends of mine stayed here last year. They are 1 min from the square up the lane behind Jacksons taverna. Pool and supermarket 1 min away. they were very clean and quite modern by greek standards ( proper shower and ceiling fan )
