Kalami

We have stayed in Kalami for the last 6 years in either May or June. Early May is hotter than June. We stay in the Asonitis/ Adonis Aptms. They are fantastic, the staff are out of this world, they cannot do enough for you. Maria, Stavros and Spiros, all family and perfect for the place. White House super food, Nico's beach bar good food, Demitrie's at the top of the hill fantastic food and he doe's a taxi service for free down the hill. Agni what can one say, heaven, free boat too and from restaurant, fab people. The bay view from the apartments is breathtaking, you can pay hundreds of pounds for this but not at the Adonis.We will be their in MAy 2004 all things being equal. Heaven on Earth.

This village is beautiful. There are 4 Tavernas which all sell excellent local dishes and 2 bars which we didn't really fancy. We wanted a peaceful holiday, which is what we got. The beach is stoney but there are plenty of sunbeds and lilo options. The sea is gorgeous! but the beach does shelve quickly and you are soon out of your depth. It is very clear and you can see the bottom all the time. We went the 3rd week in September, it was glorious!
