Nice restaurant food great and the staff even better  Look out for Sammy and George especially the ice.  Been going there for 5 years and we cannot get enough.  Mathew and Sofia the owners cannot do enough for their customers

Great bar especially when Greek Elvis sings,(Monday at 10.00pm).  Bar staff very funny, Samson and George ( The young George Best lookalike).  Wear a crash helmet in case of ice explosions on the roof.  After Elvis there is Pole Dancing (not to be missed) a real crowd puller!

i neva sed the food was average because i have never eatten there before just drank on a night a day and george was just the best cant wait to see him in sept and next summer as well.

We never actually ate a meal here so i can't comment on it as a restaurant but as a bar it ROCKS! Made good friends with gorgous George and sexy Sam and by the way Goerge i STILL owe you that drink in Caesers! Dancing on the bar with you guys was great,altough we'll never do that in skirts again.......... ;o)
Bolero serves great cocktails(the 'orgasms') are the nicest ones and the atmosphere and fun all night long is brilliant! Definatly recommend Bolero to anyone on the first trip to Sidari. Will see you all next year as my sister's gonna be working there and i'll be right next door!

I worked at Bolero this summer and had the best time ever, had the most fun PR-in with Sarah, and also had alot of fun with the bar staff and the big boss man! (you got 2 pump it up!!)
So anybody who has anything bad to say about the bar or the PR's who worked there were only jelous as were able to say and be proud that we worked for 1 of the best bars in sidari!!

i worked in sidari, and knew all the workers at bolero, greek and english. they were all the lovliest people you could meet. sarah and keely were 2 of my closest friends and anybody would be priveldged to get to know them! so a big yasou to keely, sarah, sammy, george, dimitri and matthew! see you next yr!

this bar has nice food and the staff are friendly except the PR girls Keily and Sarah. Sarah goes on and on and on until you go in there bar.Next year if she is there she deserves a slap. lots of love Sam

Went here every nite it was wicked. Nick,george n sammy made it a really good nite in here wen we came in. Really great lads. the bar was really good had a great selection of music from old to new. if ne 1 got nicks number or owt wen they was here wud really like 2 get in touch wiv him.

The meals here were great and on a night time it was a laugh in the bar.

BOLEROS ROCKS!.dancing on the bar with georgeous george and sexy sam is such a laugh...those gutys are so cool...and gorgeous george really is GORGEOUS!...does a little strip bar dancin routine that has the gilrs drooling...wicjked laugh in there, with sam and his ice cube smashing on the cieling and whistle blowing a truley wicked way to start your night!...

Wanted to add that not only were there police women in boleros but birds dancing on the bar in stockings and suspenders... tried to get photos but my camera steamed up!!
Also my missus fell in love with Mathew the owner so had to make sure she didn't try any funny business after a few shots!

Heard that boleros got busted by english police women
with truncheons and handcuffs this week....
think they had heard about Mathew dancing in the street one too many times and tried to take him in quietly... think he went willingly!
Not sure about any other arrests, think a few were also taken quite happily!

bolairos is by far the best restraunt in sidari!! the food is amazin exspeshly the spag bol!!(the best i have ever tasted TRY IT!!) The waiter george is well fit! (ill hav him on my plate any day) we ate there every night, the atmosphere is great for all the family, it gets good bout 1am when every1 is singin and dancin on the bar, they hav theme nights to suit everyone, and a fabbbbb free shot with every drink! if u dunt bleave me then try it ur self!

Bolero is the best bar in Sidari. My mom and I went to Bolero all the time and the food was excellent. All the staff were great and it was wicked to dance with George on the bar. Nick is the nicest person ever and we both love him loads (as well as Andy)! We are coming back next year and can't wait to see everyone again. Bolero is the best bar in corfu went to sidari wiv my mum dad nan grandad and bro and went in bolero everyday but 2.All the staff a v.frendly and funny and GEORGE IS WELL FIT!!! nick was a bit of alright too i got loads of pics but the best part of my hol was dancin on the bar wiv george (so fit) 2 shake it i was luvin every minute i just had 2 buy the song and been listenin 2 it loads! I luved the bar soo much and cant wait 2 go bk there in may.

what can we say about the bolero??
it is by far the only pub in sidari worth your time at night, with andy the dj, sam and george the dancing monkeys on the bar and the best selection of tunes all night long. even matthew the boss dances in the street just ask him to "pump it up"
the pr staff are friendly and not to intrusive on your passing by. anna the chef does a wicked sunday roast beef (also available on wednesday) and does a fair bit of good wholesome greek food to boot.
dancing on the furniture is allowed and is also encouraged but dont be mistaken for this being a rowdy young persons pub it is a good family pub with scooby doo or other such cartoons on in the background.
so get yourself in there have a drink and scream yammas (cheers in greek) as you take your free shot of "v****a" (for the boys) or "strawberry scnapps" (for the ladies)

for george and sammy hope you guys see this have a good season sammy no more shaking the bits of ladies and george yassou filla posto nekis??

didn't actually eat here but came for a few drinks, the pr was extremely drunk on the job and p**vy and we were quite shocked! whilst the parents were inside me and my friends sat outside was good until they switched the power off outside and were weren't told. couldn't get back in as they had locked the door!it was chaos!dj ok.

Great people who run this bar, Sam is hillarious also Matthew, it's a must to go there watch Nick doing his dancing on the street, he full of energy and a good laugh. Watch out for those Sambooka shots they are lethal but lovely.

This place is tremendous, the food is good and the portions are unbelievable. If anyone in your party has a bottomless pit for a stomach then try here. Satisfaction guaranteed. The staff are so friendly and genuinely interested in making your visit enjoyable and satisfying, all speak excellent English and understand you fully...except the Greek blonde girl with the Americanish accent, very good English but doesn't have a total grasp if you deviate from the menu too much.

Excellent food, great portions & great value. STIFADO is a must to try. Bolero's is the best I have tasted in the whole of Corfu!

we have just got back. we went to boleros twice, once just me and my boyfriend, second time with all the family to watch the england portugal match. The food was great and there was a big selection for veggies and kids. the atmosphere for the match was great with a free shot for everyone when england scored there first goal!

Bolero was reccomended to us by a lot of people and the food was fantastic! very large portions, good menu if you go there the T Bomne steak is spot on!!

This was the only bar i enjoyed because it was the only bar we went in that had a decent sports channel playing (extreme sports) The kareoke was ok, it did a few songs i knew and the food portions are massive!!!! I recomend this bar to everyone!!

Just got bak from a week in Sidari and ended up in Bolero every night.Joe has got to be the best dj in Sidari and he made my holiday a good one! tek and joe liked the food so it must be good. laaaters babe! yasoo!

This restaurant has to be the best in Sidari the food was excellant the music and service was second to none highly recommend it to anybody going there to visit.

British food done badly.

The food,service and welcome were exellent,only complaints were that the drinks were over priced(a fact they hide by dishing out free kumquat)and that around nine the music gets too loud.

Dolmades very nice, with good presentation and quantity. Lamb tender with wonderful swordfish. However, not the cheapest for drink and don't try to get food there after about 9pm - they want to attract the younger clientele as a bar. Can't really criticise it, but it didn't fire up the imagination sufficently to visit more than once.

What a great place this is. You cannot manage to eat the meals they are so big The owner Mathew is wonderful and Marco is a fantastic Person. I would recommend the Bolero to anyone that visits Sidari. The entertainment is great and they bar staff are extremely friendly and good fun. Do yourself a favour and visit the Bolero you will have a great time.

meals are so damn good, you've got to try them out. worked there last year and loved the grub especially the real mashed potato top comfort food for those wish i was at home hangover days. big hello to every one that worked there last year, wish i was there this year though the new dj sounds hot!!!

this was another place where i spent most of my holiday, for one reason joe aka foxhole! was a dj there and it has to be said the best looking dj in the whole of corfu! we all miss u mate! we will be back in september though so dont miss us too much!! and dont moan too much will ya! lol only joking luv u really! the food there was really good aswell one of the best places to eat in sidari recomend it!

This year will be the third time in sidari & the bolero is the first restaurant we try. The meals are good sized portions,steaks exellent,veg lasagna to die for,plenty of options for children.Highly recommended.
