The food here was rubbish. My mum had a chicken curry and it tasted like 3 ton of salt in it. I tasted a bit it was terrible. The only good about this place is one of the waiters called George is very funny and nice. Do not eat in here it is the worst place in Sidari.

So the Dynamic Duo have been sacked have they, just shows I was right, lets hope BOLERO'S yet again becomes Sidari's Number One Bar.

oh my god - when we arrived this year after a year off from our favourite bar in Sidari - what a disappointment. It was more like the Phoenix Club than the bar we knew with a new owner and a pair of idiots DJ Dave & Johnny Maverick attempting the entertainment. Well their kind of entertainment was to threaten and ridicule regular customers who have been coming here for years. Fortunately, Yanni the owner came to his senses and sacked tweedle dum & tweedle dee after the first week and got a proper DJ in and it was back to the Bolero we know & love (except no Matthew, Sam or Sarah this year).

Dear Miss Mohring, it was meant as a joke, Ive known John for the last 2 years and actually get on quite well with the bloke.

Hello everyone in Boleros, arrived home early Saturday after yet another great holiday in Sidari.  Here are some photos that were taken for Sarahs birthday.  My mates at work have been drooling of the one of George, they all want to use it for their screen savers, but he is georgeous.

well another year at sidari!   Things have defo changed since the last time we were here!

Yes Mathew is now running a pool bar at St. Spiridon Beach.  Went to see  him in July and he looked so happy.  The place is like paradise, and very classy, we spent most of the day with him, just eating, drinking , lazing around the pool.  We went with Sarah and George from Boleros, it wasn't long before George was having a go behind the bar and it was so funny that Mathew was having to take orders from Sarah after all her years working for him at Boleros.

Yes I do remember you in July 2005, you were both lovely people, when you go back no doub't you'll have a good time in Bolero's where George and Sara are, Sam is down the road at Premier Bar this year, you'll have to do like I did run between the two!!  I'm looking to go back next summer around July again so I have wall to wall sunshine!! Chucked it down in May when I went this year, the roads turned to a river!!

i went to greece on the 25th september and went bolero's everyday.

bolero's was a wicked club and me n my family loved it loads!! well we will c ya next year and shout out to my main dj kev and george and sammy are da bar men they were ace! dj kev called me one f his top 5000 sigers ya ace and he taught me how to dj!! ya ace seya all soon!! xoxoxox

Hi Sarah, you lucky thing, its freezing here, I should stay out there as long as poss if I were you.  You didn't answer my text last week (no credit again I suppose) when I asked if you would be back next year, well your last e.mail tell me you are so thats fantastic  Boleros would not be the same without its usual group of employees, as its you guy that make all us regulars come back again and again and again.  Dont forget to let me know when you get back and we will sort something out for you to come for a visit, its a long time til July.  Was looking at the photos the other day of us at the festival, all that roast lamb on the spit, never forget it or our meal at sunset beach, he he he!!

well we have not been back long from our 2nd trip to sidari this year and it was great to see the look on everyone's faces when we turned up in our favourite bar bolero to see everyone again. george especially makes the holiday great for us every time as well as the rest of the staff sam, matthew, bobby, sarah and kev. agree with bobby's comments - if you eat here you won't want to go anywhere else - make an effort to try their sunday lunches - they are fab. anyway just to embarrass them both here is a picture of george and bobby a few days before bobby went home singing to the ymca on karaoke. see you all again soon.  deb and ant x

hi just arrived back in uk after spending 3 and a half months workin in boleros again? it was ace i have 2 say. if any1 goes 2 sidari go to boleros u will have a fantastic time there the staff r wicked,funny real charmers u have gorge the 1 4 the ladies hes like my big brother he will make u very welcome and make sure u r enjoyin everything lovly lad u have sammy whos the dad of the staff becareful with your wifes only jokin sammy will make your holiday in sidari u will not wont to leave u also have sarah hows a little angel will do anything 4 u and makin sure u r ok and she sorts out all the drinks u spill on the floor (good with the mop) and then u have the boss matthew hes a .... brillant guy that makes all hes custormers very happy and welcome the food is brilliant if u want a meal go 2 boleros u wont eat anywhere else honestly neway if u was in corfu this year and remember me look me up on sexylad666999@hotmail.co.uk see ya next year all i promise oh yeah u also have kev the dj who is kev very good i think ha ha  only jokin so evryone whos going to siari go to boleros you will LOVE IT BIG TIME . WOW i love bolero and sidari too much. cant wait til the day im out there for good. I have been back from sidari almost a month now and have reached our 10th time to sidari in 9 years. me and my family love it so much we go back every year and are guarenteed a great time especially in bolero bar and getting drunk on ouzo which is a top part of my holiday! the food is quality in bolero: rost dinner, prawn cocktails and evrything else i ate was perfect, never anything wrong in all the years we have been goin to boleros. George, sam, nick, sarah, matthew, angelo and evry1 else in bolero are legends and are the best people evr and make the holiday a time never to forget. well next august be prepared for us for the 11th time yayyyyy, cant wait.

Myself my wife and 15 year old have just recently returned from our hoilday in Sidari,Corfu.What a superb time we had especially The Bolero.What can i say about The Bolero.It is fantastic and i would recommend it to anyone looking for a superb selection of food and drink and a service second to none(cheers George) and a welcome like no other.The entertainment is great ,you can sing along to good music from 70s and 80s.We went back night after night and were made to feel welcome every time.I even watched the England v Andorra game there and they did a 2 for 1 on drinks if you were a regular.To cap it all when you have finished your meal they give you all a shot of a wonderful drink which we all looked forward to.We are going back next year and our first port of call will be The Bolero.See you next year gang.Cheers

Just returned from a brill 2 weeks in Sidari.  We had quite a few meals both lunchtime and evening in Bolero and the only thing we can say is they were excellent.  If there was anything left it was only because the portions are huge.  I loved the moussaka and Alan thought the T bone steak was great as was the mashed potato.  Sam and George are two ace barmen.  A big thankyou to Nick who put up the decorations for Sarah's birthday , to Matthew for the cake and to Kev for playing the cds. In fact a huge huge thankyou to everyone who works at Bolero - you all made our holiday brill.  So all  you lucky people who still have your holiday in Sidari to look forward to  DO NOT miss out on the best bar/restaurant in Sidari get yourselves down to Bolero and have a brill time and say hi to Sarah who always keeps smiling and laughing while working very very hard!

Bolero's is a really nice place to go. The food and there breakfast is soo nice. me and my family ate there quite a lot. The people that work in there are so so nice to you. And 2 people called Sam and George they are very funny so well worth going in there. Music and entainment is fanastic. So go there and have a meal.

Hi just want to say what a brill place Boleros is, Sammy and George are just the biz but Sarah who prs is a bubbly, friendly and mad geordie who can't stop talking and  who makes you feel so welcome.  She always smiles and laughs and is a such a  lovely girl .  We are looking forward to seeing her and everyone at Boleros and celebrating her 21st with her. (unfortunately Carol isn't coming over but she will be with us in spirit)

  sad to say that our three week holiday in Sidari ended on Tuesday.  But it was fanastic, were in Boleros almost every night, had a great night every time.  Lots of love and thanks to Sam, George, Mathew, Kev and Sarah for making sure we had a great time. Sarah have a great time when your mum, dad and brother come out, I know how much you are looking forward to seeing them.  Have already made two bookings to come back in 2007 so until the take care all of you.  Love Martin and Sue.

we have been to sidari two years on the run and loved it!!! the best part by far is the nightlife, cos we are liverpool girls who looove to party!!! we only discovered bolero bar this year when we went 23rd-30th June and it is fab place to start the night. Dj Kev is a brill dj who plays all the tunes you will need and is a great bloke too, you will prob find him in ceasers a the end of the night. laura n u are rite -  god how hot r the s**gtastic sam and georgos at bolaros bar - love them...hey u two u no id do anyfing 4 u :-)  we just drank all the c**k tails on the menu - there r loads and they are all just awsum.  really good prices.   yum yum yum uyb

sidira was great me and my girl on girl ams stayed at the sunny corfu appartments which were tip top - fab great pool for a night swim - not supposed to but well hey if u dont get cort then its no worried be happy.

fodder was fab everywere - in macdonalds u got propa green lettice on your big mac and great fillit o fish.   

im going back next week to stay for two months until end of season so look me up in the bolaros il be dancin on the bar til midnight the nite after the nite b4.
