what can we say about the bolero??
it is by far the only pub in sidari worth your time at night, with andy the dj, sam and george the dancing monkeys on the bar and the best selection of tunes all night long. even matthew the boss dances in the street just ask him to "pump it up"
the pr staff are friendly and not to intrusive on your passing by. anna the chef does a wicked sunday roast beef (also available on wednesday) and does a fair bit of good wholesome greek food to boot.
dancing on the furniture is allowed and is also encouraged but dont be mistaken for this being a rowdy young persons pub it is a good family pub with scooby doo or other such cartoons on in the background.
so get yourself in there have a drink and scream yammas (cheers in greek) as you take your free shot of "v****a" (for the boys) or "strawberry scnapps" (for the ladies)
for george and sammy hope you guys see this have a good season sammy no more shaking the bits of ladies and george yassou filla posto nekis??
We have just returned from a 2 Week Holiday we stayed at the Katerina Apartments and they where nice but where only serviced by the Maid 3 times in 14 days. They advertise that they do a 5 times a week service. The pool was ok but we did find that there are other Better Pools available nearby. All Pools are Free to everyone in Sidari so you can go elsewhere and not feel bad about it. Breakfast by far has to be Eaten at Shooters a short walk along Canal D'Amour and you are there. For Evening Meals try China Town on the Start of the Main Strip or CACTUS JACKS if your not a Big Eater dont order a starter if your feeling Brave have Nachos then the MIXED Grill oh Boy!!! There prices look a little expensive compared to other restaurants in Sidari but trust us well worth it. If you want a Nice Greek Meal try the Bolero on the Main Strip where Anna does the best Moussuaka corfu has to offer.
There is also a Local Greek man runs a Horse Drawn Carrage tour of the 2 Strips in Sidari and he is good for families and Couples alike.
There is an old Greek man sits opposite China Town with a Violin busking in Greek we took to calling him the Ting Ting Man as all he does is play the same note over and over again.
If your in Bolero and Your Male and are Brave enough or Manly enough speak to Andy the DJ about a Funnel and he will sort you out. To the partners of anyone that tries this I am indeed sorry about the mess the following day.
