Blue Horizon

Just returned from a glorious week in Sidari. managed to find this jewel of a restaurant! The service is friendly and food unbelievably delicious! Over the course of 3 days we spent most of our evenings at the Blue Horizon feasting on the impeccable octopus in wine, fried squid, Greek salad (with homemade feta, olives & greens from the garden above the restaurant) and stuffed tomatoes, this we washed down with more than a few carafes of their homemade dry white...fabulous! Maria greets customers with an incredibly infectious smile while her husband prepares the amazing symphony of flavours, in the evening their son, Angelos, is in to serve and provides wonderful eye candy for the women! Our only regret is that we didn't discover it our first nite in Sidari!

if you like real greek food you will enjoy it here.the owners are lovely people.he is a chef and maria looks after customers.dont expect fast food here as it is all cooked fresh and well worth waiting for especially the lamb chops and the kleftico mmm yummy and very cheap.also try the house wine its excellent
