Do not really like to book through operators, prefer flight only - always use www.xl.com - good value flight and book my own place to stay. Try it

Not impressed at all.  Saw our rep at the welcome meeting and managed to catch him once after that.  He told one of the other guests he was having a week off and we never saw him again!!  When we arrived the rep on the coach transferred to a mini bus with some passengers and we were left with a grumpy coach driver.  On departure the coach was late arriving to pick us up and there was no rep around to let us know what was going on.  At the airport again nobody to help us we were sent to the wrong place, luckily my daughter noticed where we should be and we eventually managed to get checked in etc.  I went to Menorca earlier in the year with Airtours and that wasn't much better, we were given the wrong time for our welcome meeting so missed it and the rep was very enthusiastic at all and left after a couple of days!!  I will never travel with Airtours again.

Stopped at Sailor's Apartments... saw our rep on the 1st day for the meeting but that was it... she was never around... ever!!! Ended up doing everything through the sunset rep from next doors hotel... Chris... he was wicked!!!

Our Rep lisa was a nice girl but not very good at her job all she wanted was commision for the trips they organise and she banged on about for nearly our whole holiday not goood dear we just wanted to relax!!

She was at the apartments every day except her day off which she cannot be faulted on but she doent have a way with people at all!!

i haven’t been to corfu with airtours but as an ex airtours rep i would like to stick up for these guys!
the reason you probably did not see your rep was because you were never at the hotel when they visited! airtours reps (and other companies) have more the one hotel, in fact in the last resort i worked in i was the rep for 5 hotels! it is not possible to sit in one hotel waiting for your customers to come and complain that they have a c**k roach in their room- although most reps would like to be able to do this we do not physically have time! on a busy island you can have flights arriving 7 days a week, so that is airport duties 7 days a week, welcome meetings for your 5 hotels 7 days a week along with paper work, maybe hospital visits, attending the resort office which is usually miles away from the resort we work in! we do not physically have time to stop and talk to all of our say 300 customers in our resorts! don’t get me wrong most reps love their job and wouldn’t change it for the world but i can tell you its bloody hard work! after their what can be up to a 15 hour day they have to return to their apartments, clean and wash and iron uniform and all the other homely duties and also fit in a social life!
so before you lot start criticising the work of reps, just sit back and think how hard they work!!!!!

Airtours were alright with us - stayed in Alexia and had lucy - lovely girl :) Knew all the right places to go

Came back yesterday afternoon!
we only saw the rep once during our weeks holiday - after contacting her every day by mobile she failed to turn up for her scheduled meeting and private meeting we had tried to arrange.
I have never known such a shoddy service in my entire life!
DONT DO ANY HOLIDAYS TO CORFU - EVER!!!

We also only saw our rep at the welcome meeting. Obviously interested when there is commission to be made. The guy who was on our airport transfer coach fell asleep the whole journey. We had to wake him up when the driver stopped for the first drop-off. It was our first visit to Greece and would have liked to have ben told SOMETHING about where we were! We also went to the Reps night out - DON'T DO IT - IT'S DREADFUL. The worst organised night out of my life!! Airtours - give yourselves a shake.

We only seen the reps during our transfers. The first one got everything wrong, and seemed a little frumpy. The second one was better though, bright and cheerful and no mistakes.
