Cant believe how much Kosmar prices have gone up this year we can cheaper with other tour operators with better service and reps

We have just got back from Kavos and for Kosmar fine to book with. Our flight was delayed at Bristol by an hour bcos of summit going on at Corfu airport so by the time we boarded the plane we were so tired as it was 6am and we hadnt slept. And we found that its not easy to sleep on a tiny plane!! Breakfast was nice tho. When we landed in Corfu we were the only stop from the transfer from the airport so only took about 50 mins. Our apartments, Olympion Village were excellent and the rep was really helpful. We booked thru her to go to Aqualand (which we after found out was very expensive and we should have booked with a company in the town) when we went to catch the coach on the Thursday morning it didnt turn up after an hr so we went bk to the hotel and they rang the company for us and found out that the Aqualand trip didnt run on Thursdays anymore. The rep, Laura hadnt been told this and she was really sorry and happy enough to refund our money. When it was time to go home on Monday we waited for our coach and it was over an hour late bcos the coach was doing summit else it had been booked for but at least we didnt have to wait as long at the airport. Also out plane was early. Only by bout 15 mins but we were happy with that!! Dinner on the flight home was cottage pie and it was so nice that me and my boyfriend wanted seconds!! Never thought id say plane food was that nice!! Overall we were all happy with Kosmar and would recommend booking with them.

Kosmar was alright we were lucky 2 have a good rep tho big shout out 2 KERRY !! Oi Oi, wikid lass up 4 a laugh u will c her either out on the lash or falling off her bike hahahaha only jokin kez. xxx

Be very careful about kosmar swapping flights has we booked last year because my mum is on oxygen when we picked the tickets up they had changed the airline to one that does not accept oxygen .

just be carefull on booking your trips can be found cheaper have a look around first.

We found our Kosmar rep was very friendly whilst selling us the excursions but when a problem arose he was no help whatsoever! The excursions were over priced (could all be found cheaper in town) and no Kosmar rep came so we were often left stranded with no idea of what was going on!!
The only good thing was that the accomodation was great (Joy Life Apartments) and we'd recommend them to anyone, just do not stay in room 13 as this has the generator room next door and it can get a bit loud.

Our Rep Suzy is really nice, she was very helpful with whatever we asked her. going back to sidari on 15th Oct. see you soon Suzy hope you are there then.

REP's get 25% Commission!!!!??? They wish!!

we has used kosmar for a few years would recommend them the only gripe i have was the transfer going out wasnt too bad but going back to the airport was a nightmare they pick us up at 8.05am and because we had to go to other places two hours later we arrived at corfu airport

Just got back (12th June 2004) from staying at the Villa Sofia in Ipsos. Had a great time. accomodation was excellant and our rep Claire was really nice, freindly and helpful.

we have just got back from corfu with kosma, fiona our rep was fantastic could not have wished for better.stayed at the christina appartments in dassia, very basic very clean but hey what do you need on holls a bed,a shower,somwere to eat and bars.great company to travel with will go with them again happy holls everyone

i would also like to say i have been in contact with rep in corfu and they have been helpful as well

last year i was not happy with kosmar found them no help at all but this year our family have found themselves needing help and the person at kosmar has been very very helpful

The flights were with Excel airways and left on time and even got us back early. The accommadation was good but the brochure did not show it off well. Our rep was fine and chatty but the tours were expensive and to be honest alot cheaper to buy down the road for the same trip. Reps have 25% commission so thats why.

We had no major problems with Kosmar and our flights etc were fine. Our only problem was with our rep. She seemed really nice at first but then managed to mess up our trip to Greece mainland and Paxos, which we were all looking forward to. She then managed to rip us off by selling us tickets to something we didn't need tickets for. My advice is be very weary of your rep. Do your research before handing over any money, most trips can be organised elsewhere for a much lower price.

The Kosmar reps were helpful and friendly and told us all the good places to go, the only bad thing was the transfer took a long time we were waiting around for our rep for a while to show us to our apartments at 4am!! and the bus was 45 late picking us up for the return journey! (although we were outside a bar waiting so we could jig about to the good music or have a drink!)

The only complaint i have with Kosmar was the Rep Nikky she was so always seemed to be unhappy and not particularly helpful

We found the day trips were a bit pricey, but the reps were really friendly and helpful, we had a night out with our rep Laura, and it was a real laugh. She told us all the best places to go, and was really helpful when my frined lost her watch. She knew exactly how to handle a noisy group of lads who gave her hell on the airport transfer. Would definatley use Kosmar again, if we went back to Kavos. Bella Vista apartments are the best in town- thanx Kosmar x

Well Alison you quite clearly didn't choose the right accomodation, our holiday was brilliant.
Look more carefully next time!

We have stayed at the dimitra studios three times and the only bugbear is about the linen and towels they are could be changed twice weekly instead of weekly.
The major complaint is about the transfer to the airport{not just kosmar} We left our resort on the friday night and so did 1400 other people irrespective of what time there flight was and all thepeople were treated like cattle it was rubish and you could feel the tension in the air.

kosmar are ok till you have a problem and they are no help at all

Would recomend Kosmar to anyone am of back to Kavos this summer and will only book with them. Transer back was late but no problems as the pick up point was the Barn

BOOKED OUR HOLIDAY LAST JUNE TO GEORGE APARTMENTS NOW KOSMAR DONT GO THERE SO THEY HAVE PUT US MILES AWAY FROM ANYWHERE I HAVE A TWO YEAR OLD SON AND MY PARENTS ARE ELDERLY THANKS KOSMAR

We booked our holiday through the internet on lastminute deals. We had day flights out and back on Excel which use 767s - brand new with navy blue leather seats! Everything went really smoothly right from arrival at the airport at Gatwick, through to our return a week later. When returning to Greece, would try and go only with Kosmar. Thoroughly recommend it.
