I've went with Libra for the past 3 years & I'm going with them again this year.

The flights are the best I've ever had.  And as for Peter - our rep in Roda - he's brilliant.  Really nice guy. Hopefully he'll still be there this year too.  Peter, if you read this, see you in 3.5 weeks. :)
 
Only downside was our transfer from the airport to Roda.  It took almoost 2.5 hours last year (on the way back it was 45 mins, cos we went straight there.)  We were on the coach without a rep & I don't think the driver had a clue where we were going.  This year, me & the b.f. are taking a taxi. :)
 
Other than that, I'll definitely go with Libra as long as they can provide me with an apartment at the Makis Apartments in Roda. :)

It was quicker to fly from East Mids to Corfu Airport at 2 hours 40 mins than to travel by coach from the airport to Sidari - that took us 4 hours!!!!  Peter was a nice friendly rep though.

We stayed in Sidari which i recomend anyone to go to, but if you do go with Libra don't expect much, our rep was ok but sold us excursions about 4x the prce of the ones in town, thankfully we got our money back. and book the same things but far cheaper. Apart from that they were standard and i doubt you would get a huge amount of trouble if you go with them.

We wasn't overly impressed with Libra at all.

 
The flights and transfers were ok, well the flights were actually very nice.
 
But our rep Sharon was very unhelpful, we stayed in the Vasso studios, Sharon was never around for us to ask her any questions, and as soon as she knew we wasnt interested in any of the excusrsions, she didnt want to know, we had to contact her to see if we could keep our room on as we wasn't flying until 03.00 and we had to vacate our room by 12, i rang her on her mobile and she told us we had to be out of our rooms by 12 as the rooms were being taken up... about 12ish Vasso the landlady told us we could of kept our rooms on till 7 that evening, thankfully Palm Grove let us have a room there until our coach picked us up, but again Sharon never said anything to us about having a room at Palm Grove or showers etc, and at the last minute our coach pick up had changed and no one informed us of this.

Our rep Sharon was lovely (apart from that she went away for the majority of the week that we were there - although she left her personal mobile number for emergencies - so we were not abondoned).
 
Peter helped us with the transfers and was so nice and friendly.

my boyfriend a nd i booked with libra. due to the fact that we wanted to stay in the same accommodation as last year. libra told us that they did this particular accommodation..well to our suprise we were dumped in some where totaly diferent!!! this place was a dump and miles away from the resort. our libra rep was called LAURA in kavos. she wasnt much use libra are a very poor company will never book with them again

Transports to/from the airport went very smoothly - overall an impressively efficient service, and at a stupidly cheap price.

Hmm, how do we put this politely? The Libra reps are RUBBISH! We were dumped at Panos Apartments at 1AM and we had been PROMISED that someone would meet us - LOW AND BEHOLD nobody there - Our key was left in our apartment door for us to find. Not a good start to our holiday. We had the "Rep Talk" on day one with Sharon, who sold us excursions, which turned out to be overpriced. We went on the castaway cruise, which was SH%T. Overcrowded boat, very stoney beach, reps sunning themselves and reading books all day rather than getting us into the holiday spirit, rubbish food (diet chicken leg and ropey salad), Mutant wasps with attitude, no assistance for older people when getting back on the boat (i ended up helping) They were more interested in getting groped by some Hairy, Greek Bloke. Airport was a free for all - be prepared to stand around for a while! Any questions we had, were avoided or met with "i don't know". At least if we go back again, we know the drill and we can just ignore them - that's what they did to us!!!! In the future, If we can, we will avoid Libra like the plague. HAVE FUN HOLIDAYMAKERS!!!!! PS Acharavi is Superb.

The only good thing about Libra was our rep Sharon. She was very helpful and a lovely person. The transfer was smooth to the apartments - but we were just dumped at the side of the road by Andy (whom incidently was 15 mins late and we were all sat like plonkers on the coach at a roadside somewhere outside corfu town, waiting for him to arrive). We had no idea where we were going when we got to the apartments and had to sort ourselves out.

On the return day to England our suitcases were supposed to be collected at 12pm - around 8 of us sat there for an hour and they never came - in the end we walked down to the meeting place ourselves and dropped them off. We also were supposed to be picked up at 7.45pm for the airport - Andy did not arrive until after 9pm and gave some excuse which was very feeble even to my trained teachers ears. But hey by then I was just glad to be going - read about the Anemona studios and you'll understand.

we went in may 2004,we found libra reps to be very pleasant,helpful and friendly especially andy and annie,we had no complaints at all!!i would recomend going with libra to anyone.

id just like to say that as reps, you are not actually allowed to recommend restaurants /bars because the lovely brittish public are turning into the yanks and sue for anything! if we recomend a restaurant and you go there and get food poisoning you can actually sue! i know this because a senior rep that i worked with recommended a bar to some people, on the way there the woman fell down a hole outside and broke her leg, they sued the company for a heck of alot of money because my sup**visor had not warned her about the hole!!! i know it sounds stupid, but it does happen - thats brittish public for ya!!!

Libra offered us the perfect holiday at short notice. Our flights, transfers and accomodation were all above and beyond our expectations. We found our reps to be most helpfull and a giggle to be around. Although the excursions were a bit on the pricey side you could book them from the comfort of your sunlounger with out moving a muscle... far better than wandering around in the hot sun for half the day trying save a few quid here and there. We escecially enjoyed the Greek Night arranged by our reps and look forward to visiting the resort again next year if not sooner.

Andy the rep, what a waste of space he is. All he wanted to sell was his own trip that he organises around the local bars. The rest of the trips are over priced. I don't think he actually lives on Corfu island, I think he comes back to the UK through the week! We spent most of our week trying to find him. We eventually caught up with him (and that was by pure chance), on our last day and then when we put our complaint in he didn't want to know. Would not recommend Libra.

We found the Libra reps very poor. The girl that dropped us off at our apartment rushed off with my partner and another girl leaving me and another guy to take our bags of the coach. By the time we had dragged our bags to the apartment we had know idea where our partners were. ten minutes later my partner turned up wondering what I was doing. The rep had not fetched me or the other guy or told my partner that she was going back on the coach. So well I was stood like a plonker waiting for my Mrs, she was sat in the room waiting for me to turn up! Andy was our main Rep, what a useless streak of p*ss he was. All he wants to do is sell you trips. He did not arrange for our broken kettle to get fixed, we never got our cistern fixed either. When we asked him to reccomend restaurants, he said he was not alowed to. He knew nothing about Roda. and when I mentioned the high price of the trips he said that the locals would rip you off and not even take you to the correct destination. This was an out and out lie, as the service we got from N.S.K. in Roda was fine, and half the price.

Would not use Libra again - Reps either very defensive if you asked a question or had a query, or they couldn't careless about you. We had the unfortunate experience of being dropped off at 11.15 pm after a long days travel and told a taxi would collect us and take us up the hill as the coach was unable to do this. The taxi never came and they never bothered to check if we had made it to the apartment ok. Not alot of fun when you have younger members in your party !! The Reps name (if he is still employed by the company) is called Andy. BEWARE he is a liability ! The phrase Customer Service/Care is not in their vocabulary.

4 out of 10 and that is SOLELY for the transfer back to the airport and the brilliant bus driver.

Overall the Tour Op was ok it was the Reps that let them down. On our transfer to the accommodation the Rep left us at the bottom of a hill and advised us a taxi would be along shortly, she didn't explain what was happening, then as the taxi arrived the rep went home and left us! Apparently a coach couldn't get to our accommodation but she never advised us of this nor did the brochure.
Excursions are over priced e.g a shopping trip to Corfu town with Libra was 15 Euros but in town you could do it locally for 5 Euros. They reccommend Ansa car rental in Corfu and the rep's charge for 1 day car rental was 55 Euros if you go to Ansa direct they charge 42 Euros.
Rep organised a 'luggage lift' on day of depature and our luggage was taken one and a half hours before our official pick up, she assured me it would be kept in a locked room, I had to make my own wy to my pick up point which was a 15 minute walk only to find my luggage was just left by the pool area.............. ANYONE could have tampered with it.
Libra Reps tell you what you want to hear, NOT what the truth is BEWARE.....

will be booking soon with them again.
we had a fantastic rep called candice we stayed in arillas
she was so helpful ive never had a rep like this before.
i thought i would also mention the rep that was on the trips as well

How anyone could praise Libra for their shoddy behaviour escapes me. We met a young couple, the girl was taken into hospital the only emergency number they had was the reps. mobile phone no. which was switched off. they were left stranded at the resort, if it hadn't been for myself and my husband they would have had no where to stay as they had to stay due to her illness and missed their flight home.then they were told they had missed another flight they had been booked on but didn't know about. even to get to the airport to get their flight home they were given no transport and and to be lent the money for a taxi!

We had a brilliant holiday with Libra last year. The only complaint was that we arrived in the early hours, and the rep left me struggling with our cases (my husband is disabled and unable to lift or carry) The hotel porter said he could not leave his desk to help, so I had to struggle up a flight of 60 steps on my own! Apart from that, the holiday was brilliant! I'm only sorry that Libra don't do as many holidays to Greece now.
