yeah had a wicked time, wouldn't go back to the same place but will deff book a similar holiday next year. went with www.twentiesholidays.co.uk and everything was fine. clean etc. 8/10
FLIGHT WAS OKAY NO DELAYS.OUR REP AT HOTEL WAS OKAY(SUE). BUT SORT OF WENT A BIT OFF,WHEN WE DIDN'T WANT TO BOOK ANY OF THEIR TOURS. (THEY ARE SO EXPENSIVE THOUGH) I KNOW WE ARE ON HOLIDAY,BUT I DON'T LIKE BEING RIPPED OFF, NO OFFENCE.BUT CHECK IT OUT ON OTHER PEOPLES COMMENTS.
Thoroughly enjoyed 2 week holiday in Kassiopi with Thomson (returned 28 Sep 07). Good flight
the apartments were very good quality but the rep was f**king s**t. she gave us lots of wrong information which my parents were really shocked about.
Accomodation excellent. Have been with Thomson many times in the
past, different locations, always found their service and reps to be
the best. This time however we were very disappointed. Resort rep
only seemed enthusiastic when selling excursions, which were OK but no
better than that. One excursion had no rep, Theo's BBQ, but we
survived, and reps on the Greek night sat on their own, and did not
attempt to mix with their guests.
HEY i no the island manager for corfu worked with him in zante top top dude best boss in the world couldnt ask to meet a nicer bloke, e makes sure his team are u to scratch in every way. i no e is still there, i would recommend a holiday with thomson anytime cant get no better than this team n manager, u think your boss is good, bet e dow take u on speed boats lol miss you lots
Went 2 Kavos june 2005 for 2 weeks , it was absolutely wicked!! Loved every minute of it !! will definatly go back !! Thomson Reps were great

Holiday was one of the best, only down side was the Rep, or should i say lack of Rep. But we had no problems and there is a 24hr help line.Excursions are over priced but we expected that.
just come back again from a wonderful holiday at the stema which is only available through thompsons. this time around we had a fabulous rep called suzy who also works in mimosa. she is a credit to thompsons.
I can't remember if we've travelled with Thomson's before so I guess if this is our first time, first impressions are very good. We arrived in Corfu airport about 8.40pm local time, waited for baggage and then proceeded outside to be met by very friendly Thomson's reps who told us which bus to catch to resort. On the bus we were greeted by our rep for the journey, Liam, who happened also to be the rep in our hotel, what a bonus! Struck up great rappor with Liam from the onset, he's a lovely lad and very good at his job. Every stop we made he got off the bus and escorted people to their hotels/apartments, when we arrived he accommpanied us in to reception and then went on his way again with the rest of the passengers. We saw quite a lot of Liam during our stay, firstly our welcome meeting the following morning, very well conducted and he seemed to know a lot about Corfu and Sidari itself, even though he'd only been in resort 2 weeks, he'd previously been on Thomson's Gold and then moved to Acharavi and Roda before being placed in Sidari. We booked three trips with Thomson's, an Island Tour (because I wanted to go to Paleokastritsa), the Greek Night and we got Corfu Town by night free as part of package they were running. Monday morning we waited for our coach for the Island Tour and it didn't turn up, after a few phone calls it would seem that someone had made a mess of the bookings, everyone started to blame Liam but I'm sure it wasnt his fault. Anyway, we waited for Liam to finish his welcome meeting and confronted him about it, he didn't seem phased at all and got straight on the phone to sort it out, we even managed to change our trips around so we did the same ones in different order. Liam was very apologetic about it and wouldn't stop apologising every time he saw us. Everything else went smoothly during the week and we had a fantastic time and I'm sure it was made all the better by the friendliness that Liam showed to every guest he came across. THis lad deserves recognition for a job well done, if Thomson's could be proud of any of their reps then Liam is the one!!!
Arrived at Corfu airport at 3.30am. Met by a cheery Thomsons rep who showed us where our coach was for the transfer. Arrived at the Hotel Mimosa by 5.15am where she took us in and waited until we issued our room keys and the showed us to our room. Our Thomson rep on site Liam was great nothing was too much trouble, and he was on hand to deal with any problems that arose. Fortunately none did. Great stay and would recommend going with Thomson Holidays again.
We arrived at the Nikos apartments in Sidari in the early hours of the morning in a small van with a man that hardly spoke any English! We went to the welcome meeting where we met our rep Kelly and signed up for a few excursions. During the course of the week we saw our rep in and out of work. By the middle weekend my partner was ill and our rep helpedus out a lot. Kelly was excellent - can't fault here. Question for you - do all the coach drivers in Corfu drive FAST???
I am due to travel with Thompson in May 2004 and want to know more about that company Laura you said that you were a rep there last year do you know anything about the Matina Appartments as this is where we are stopping Can anyone help????
Arrived on time and were greeted by staff and put on the coach for transfer the resort altough the rep didn't come with us. but
Welcome meeting the next morning rep was very nice although didn't seem to be around much, but we didn't need her for anything, and I think the hotel would have been better at helping us anyway.
We saw her breifly on our last day when she did the pick up round the hotels in Sidari and then left us fora nigtmare coach ride to the airport (driver was a manic when she got out!). We too arrived at the airport before check-in opened - the are was packed and they didn't even have a desk number up for us to queue for 20 minutes - very badly organised and no rep to be seen!!
We went to Sidari at the beginning of May.....the first time we had been with Thomson as well as the first time to Corfu, and the last if I have anything to do with it!!! The flight was okay, waited about an hour at Corfu airport before our bags started coming through. The rep was unclear on the dreadful journey to our hotel (The Maria), then she just dumped us at reception, got our key and said 'there's your room'....she wasn't seen again until the journey home. We had to be out of our room by 12 noon, and were not getting picked up until 3.30am the following morning, 15 hours later, for our flight back home, no allowance was made for us to gain entry to another room to freshen up. We got to the airport at least an hour before the check in even opened, so had to hang around, that was after the rep had informed us that the airport was that small we may not all be able to wait in check in!!! Very bad service, a total lack of customer care
we went 2 Kavos with Club FreeStyle and I cant fault it!!r rep Craig woz really nice and woz a right laugh!
Went to Kalami with Thomson. The resort of Kalami was wonderful, however next time we travel we will not be paying for the coach transfers to our accomodation. Instead we will get a cab. We were one of the last to be dropped off and had endured several stops on the way to our appartments (not ideal with a very tired 3 year old). The return journey was to be much worse. Thomson picked us up far too early for our flight 7.50pm for an 11.45pm flight. We were not told until the last passengers had been picked up that our flight was delayed for 4 hours. We evetually flew at 3.00am. We felt very angry at being made to spend an entire night in an airport. It has put us off package holidays for good.
I WAS A REP LAST YEAR FOR THOMSON AND SPENT MY WHOLE SEASON IN KASSIOPI. YOU WONT FIND A PLACE THAT IS BETTER ON THE WHOLE OF THE ISLAND AND THE LOCALS WILL BE THE NICEST PEOPLE YOU WILL MEET ON A HOLIDAY, THEY WILL LOOK AFTER YOUR EVERY NEED!
THOMSON OFFER SOME FAB TRIPS, BUT A MUST IS THEOS BOAT BBQ. THEO IS LOVELY AND THE FOOD,DRINK AND LOCATION OF THE BBQ IS FANTASTIC!
gREEK NIGHT IS ALSO AGOOD NITE OUT, FREE WINE AND FOOD INCLUDEDIN THE PRICE AND A CHANCE TO SEE THE LOCAL DANCING! ISLAND TOUR HAS THE BEST GUIDES TO TAKE YOU ROUND THE ISLAND.HOPE THIS HELPS
Couldn't fault anything at all. Our flight from Cardiff to Corfu only took 2hrs 55mins, our luggage was first off the conveyor belt and it we didn't have to wait too long for everyone to get on the transfer coach. We were going to Roda so we shared with the people for Sidari but when we got to the first accommodation in Sidari we were called up and transfered to a taxi as we were the only two people going to Roda. This was great as I don't know what time we would have got to our hotel if we'd had to wait for the full coach to be dropped-off. Our resort rep, Louise, was absolutely brilliant eventhough this was her first time in the north of the island and we were the first batch of the season. She had a lovely personality and was very helpful. Our return flight was also trouble-free apart from a slight mix-up at the airport. When we go to the airport there was a large queue outside and the rep (not Louise) told us that it was for the Cardiff flight as the check-in desk wasn't open. Turned out that it was for a different flight and the Cardiff desk was in fact open! We were then due to land in Cardiff at 21:45 but actually landed at 21:20!
have been to michelangelo for the past four years which speaks for itself .staff are friendly .apartments clean .supermarket on site as from this season.bit of a hike to harbour !plenty of boat trips and resturants also coach tours.food is good ,eat on site or down town weather is always good .
Went with "Clubfree Style" which is part of Thomson and had the best holiday ever.....the service from the reps was fantastic, very helpful and up for a laugh.....Good value for money.
The transfer was brill and we had a great rep who got us all goin on the bus as the weather was abit dull and he cheered us up,the flight meals where also good.

Only complaint about this holiday was the airport, total nightmare due to Thomsons picking us up far too early for our flight home. We were collected at 16.15 for our 20.30 flight home...arrived at the airport at 17.15, no check in desk open and had to wait around for nearly an hour.....was not best pleased. Corfu we loved and will definitely return. Enjoyed the island tour and the delicious walnut cake at Bella Vista - a must.
