Best breakfasts at the best prices on the resort. Very friendly people but you have to have a sense of humour and not take things seriously as they do like to have a laugh.
It was a little walk from our hotel we were staying (St. George Hotel) but this was much better than the two slices of bread and butter that we were receiving at the hotel, which is why we didn't visit the bar at night, however im sure the place is just as friendly and fun as it is in the morning.
They have 5 pool tables where you pay for how long you use it, not 1.5 euros like most other bars. 30 minutes play was about 2.5 euros!
I recommend this place to anyone, especially the breakfasts....
One of our best bars, and restaurants (at the back). We regularly did the quiz which starts about 10:30 and has 30 songs which you have to answer. We managed 29/30 but still didnt win as we lost on the tie breaker question which was asking how long a song was. The other people were closer and went on to win the Albanian wine, and then gambled to win a better prize (but they could have ended up winning a bottle of water!).
A very good bar with friendly staff and a good place to go if you are staying in the resort. Films are shown during the night and then music, football and rubgy is on most of the night.

I agree the meal was not the biggest and it was one of the more expensive restaurants in the resort, however the food was very nice and i feel that the price was worth it.
This was our best restaurant at the resort with nice big portions, friendly staff and good prices. We regularly went here for our meal at night around 8pm (after this it gets busy and you might have to wait for a table) and one night we arranged a cake for a birthday and when we finished our meal the lights went out and they got everyone in the restaurant to sing happy birthday! It was a great night...
Go here is you want a good, relaxing meal with waiters who are always willing to help and food that is very good. They have a different 'special' everyday! Go here...!
A nice friendly restaurant overlooking the sea serving good quality meals and drinks. We visited this restaurant a number of times and the waiters were always very helpful although they did forget the wine on one visit, and we didnt get any rolls on our last visit! However, this is a very good restaurant and is recommended to everyone for a good relaxing meal watching the sun set over the beautiful sandy beach... What more could you want.
When we felt like a pizza, this was the place to go! They do other food as well but the pizza was one of the best i have had. The restaurant is almost opposite Stamatis bar so it can get a little noisy if you want a quiet relaxing meal however you dont notice this until later in the night.
We visited three times and on our last visit we went a little later and found the service to be very slow as the restaurant was quite big and the waiters were finding it hard to keep up with everyone. However, on both other occasions when we visited earlier we did not have any problem and the staff were always very friendly even if they were very busy!
Been in St. George for 2 weeks and it has been the hottest summer out here for 137 years! Had a great time and everyone was fine as long as they kept the sun tan lotion topped up and drank lots! Trying to sleep was quite hard some nights with no air conditioning or fan but after a few drinks you soon drop off!
Aqua land is probably the best water park we have visited out of all the holidays i have been on throughout Europe. The price to get in is 17 euros for adults and less for kids under 12, however we found that by booking with our rep the price was almost double as they were charging us as much for the coach as they were to get in for each person. We hired a Citroen C3 for around £100 for 4 days and drove up to the park and spent the day there. Car was more than the coach would have been but not that much more than it would have been for our party and we got to explore alot more of the island than just aqua land.
We had a brilliant day however there are loads of wasps around especially at the food counters so stay in the water if you dont want the wasps around you all day!
We booked through Cosmos Corfu and got the boat behind the bike place at the T junction on Sunday morning. The journey was good and the islands were very nice. During the journey to Antipaxos we went into the caves which was quite interesting and then swam in the crystal clear water by the beaches of the island before visiting the capital of Paxos for another quick swim, some lunch and a look round. If you do get sick easily take some tablets however the journey was not that bumpy, but as always does depend on the strength of the wind!
We booked a very late booking only a couple of weeks before we went and found the website and company easy and friendly to use. The flight over to Corfu on Monarch was probably the worst i have been on but it was not the fault of the cabin crew who were all very happy and friendly throughout the turbulent journey, in which the televisions and music was all not working!
When we arrived to the airport in Corfu we were a little early and the bags got off before us, as they didnt have stairs ready for us to get off the plane so we had to wait 20 minutes after landing to get off. However, eventhough the bags had got off the plane before we did, they failed to arrive on the baggage carousel for over and hour later. There were people on earlier flights who were still waiting for luggage 2 hours after their flights! You could hardly move in the baggage hall with at least 4 big flights unpacking bags onto two carousels.
When we finally got our bags we met the rep who would be going some of the way on the transfer. However, becuase the bus driver didnt know where the hotel we were staying at was he had to stay on longer than he was expecting but this was never a problem for him as he wanted to make sure we were sorted and got to the hotel before he left us! The journey to St. George didn't take much longer than an hour as we had a mini bus with one other family as no one else was going to our resort at the same time.
When we arrived at the hotel the owner was very pleasant and friendly giving us all the information we needed.
The rep at our hotel was very different to the one on the transfer and was not very helpful. For example, we asked about hiring a car and she didnt know anything about any cars available and said to see her the next day when she sorted something out. That night we saw her out in the resort, and the next day she still didnt know anything about the cars so we went to one of the hire companies on the island and got a Citroen C3 for 4 days for around £100. A number of times when she was supposed to be at the hotel we waited to speak with her but she never turned up and the details for our departure were left on the reception desk eventhough we had been told she would see us at least two days before.
We were picked up 5 hours before our plane was due to leave, and when we got to the airport we realised we had been placed on a coach with people going to Manchester as we were the only people from our resort and the company going to Birmingham. We were told to go inside and wait for a checkin desk for our flight to open (as they had no information for our flight) while the reps would wait with the Manchester departures. Over 2 hours later a desk opened for our flight and we quickly went to sort out our tickets. The departure hall was very crowded with lots of delays (Air2000/First Choice even took passenger out of the airport and put them on coaches and took them out for lunch becuase their plane was delayed and the airport was getting so crowded) but our flight left just 5 minutes late as we had to wait for people who were late arriving at the airport.
The flight back was much better in a newer plane than before and the crew were again all very helpful...
We had a good holiday despite the rep at our hotel, as we would just see the owner of the hotel if we needed anything as he was very helpful and always around for the guests. Olympic is not a bad company but the good hard working reps are let down by the others who dont try and probably dont care that much either.
