what a fantastic day out. something there for all ages. book with one of the many high street travel shops as they are about half of the price of your holiday reps and if you look around then the under 5's go free.. very reasonably priced for food and lockers and all sunbeds are free. a truly excellent day out and a must for your holiday, especially if you have children. my 4 year old cried as he did not want to leave the place. if you only go on one excursion during your stay then make it aqualand.

just come back from 2 weeks at the alexia and i must say we had a great time. Alex,Iris,Spiros,Alexia and Billy are all great friendly people who will make you feel very welcome. very clean and excellent pool and bar. it is about 15 minutes walk into town and if my 4 year old can do it then anyone can. if you  need to go in the heat of midday then a taxi into town is 5 euro's and the taxi can be ordered at the bar. there are some appartments across the road about 200m away but you still get to use all of the facilities and these appts are only two years old. all in all a great place to stay with everything close to hand.

p.s.  you must go to salt and pepper taverna which is 5 minutes down the road next to the b.p garage.  gorgeous grub and very reasonable, also try baze sports bar bit further down and on the other side of the road. great steak.

fantastic place to eat. so good we went there 4 times. great food and friendly people. definately recommended.

very dissapointed with this place. we were recommended it as it was supposed to be a great restaraunt with great food. must say the waiters were very slow (10 minutes for menu to arrive) and also food was probably the worst we ate in a fortnight. everything was either canned or packet food. very poor.
