We are going back for our 5th visit to the Afrodite Hotel in Roda on the 5th May 2003 It is a lovely place with lovely people. Also there are plenty of really good restaurants especially Roda Park where you can have lots of fun, with Vula and Costas and their staff. It is just like going home as all the people are so friendly. Also friends we met for the first time at Roda are also returning, so that speaks for itself.
Also there are plenty of nice places to visit as well.

im going to corfu in may aghious ghorgios,wot ever its called.we r quite young, we want a bit of night life, not just old people, have we picked the right place, or has anyone got any suggestions of where to go at night.

My husband and I (39 and 46) are going to the Aphrodite Hotel in Roda on 2nd May 2003 for two weeks. We normally like friendly locals, some places of interest to visit, good weather and good food and wine but are not too keen on overcrowded resorts full of lively bars and discos. Have we made the right choice?

I'm going to Corfu mid-may. Could anyone tell me what the weather is normally like this time of year. Also, how much is it to eat out as we're going self catering so need to work out spends!

I'm going to Aghios Gordios in May, which I thought was a quiet resort. I've since seen stuff about the Pink Palace - has anyone been to Aghios Gordios around May, and is it all boozy backpackers?

we are going beging of may, staying at the alekas studios, anyone stayed at these studios in gouvia, if so is it ok, or have we made a boob, is it warm ? travelling with golden sun any comments????????????? please advise, thanks lesley

Other websites indicate that temp in May is not so warm: aire 24; sea 19. Yet the comments on your site indicate "hot". IS it hot enough for swimming/snorkelling in May, and what are the
nicest places? Thanks.

i shall also be in roda the last week in may, being our 1st holiday abroad, my 3 children and i ask. is this a good place for a 1st visit and will we have plenty to do? many thanks

weather in may hot but can get very windy.Need to take a light coat as wind is very cold,and can last for a few days.Saying that i have been to sidari last week in may 1st in june the last 2 years and again this year.Always come back with a nice tan.Sidari is not to busy this time of year so more for families and couples

STAYING AT THE ALKION HOTEL 3 STAR HALF BOARD ANY BODY KNOW WHAT THE FOOD IS LIKE AND HOW TO ENSURE THAT WE GET POOL VIEW AS THE ROAD LOOKS BUSY

whats kavos like in may. is it quiet or noisy. our apartments are on the outskirts of kavos.is it quiter there than in the centre?

Perfect weather. Hot enough to forget the winter blues, bot not so hot that you cannot walk about comfortably. The joy of May is that there are no mosquitoes.
