Anyone confirm the Euro rate now in Sidari please? Am I still better bringing pounds and changing them in Sidari?

113 to the pound at the moment

We have just got back from Sidari after 2 weeks out there. The exchange rates out there are generally better than you can get here at the moment, in the travel exchanges its generally ranging from about 1.12-1.14. Hope this is useful.

We are going to Sidari in May Half Term 09

Any one know what the exchange rates are in Sidari at the moment, coming out in a couple of weeks and want to know whether to change money here or in Sidari.

I have just booked a holiday for July 09 staying in the Takis Annexe Studios booked with Olympic Holidays.  I have read very mixed reviews.  Has anyone been there this year and have you please got something positive to tell me?  Also are they suitable for kids I undertand there are camp beds?  What does that mean?  I have been to Greece many times so I dont expect luxury but I am a bit concerned.  Please make me feel better. thanks

The exchange rates here are very good. We got 1.28 but take 2 percent comission off you get 1.25 which is so much better than home. If anyone goes to sidari, change your money out there, but dont go to vlaseros travel to change your money becuase they are a con.

can you still change travelles cheques and where is the best place

 THE EXCHANGE RATES ARE STILL GREAT IN SIDARI.(1.47) WE USED VLASSEROS TRAVEL. WE ALSO BOOKED A FEW TRIPS WITH HIM. OKAY BLOKE 

The exchanges rates here in Sidari are fanastic. currently 1.50 but take 2 percent comission off you still get 1.47 which is a lot better than getting euros in the UK. remember people to get ur euros out there you get a lot more 4 ur money

wow martin i agree with u there. phil in vlasseros travel gives the best rate in town. dont bother about changing your euros up over here. travel agent rates arnt that good at all (i have previously worked as a travel agent... i know).

IT HAS TO BE VLASSEROS TRAVEL AND ASK FOR PHILIP, BEST RATES, DON'T CHANGE YOUR MONEY UNTIL YOU GET THERE, CURRENTLY 1.50, AND BOOK ALL YOUR EXCURSIONS THEIR AS HE IS THE CHEAPEST AND HAS HIS TRANSFERS DONE IN HIS BRAND NEW RED LUXURY MERCEDES COACH.

Exchange your pounds at 'Travel Spot' on the beach front next to a supermarket. The rate was much better than back at home.

What is the Currancy Rates is now as we are going on 2nd Sept 2005.As they can accept the Travel Cheque there.As it is the first time in Corfu but I have been alots of places in Europe. As maybe in my future will go to Australia, New Zealand, USA..

This was our 7th year staying in Sidari,  we stayed at Loxides run by Yanni and Richele apartments and amenities excellent.  Very friendly atmosphere.

Restaurants  The Family.  Run by a very nice family will prepare and cook food to your liking.  Food excellent especially the meats done on the spit.  Very good with young children.  Very clean,

Bolero one of the best breakfasts in Sidari also evening meals.  Very friendly and clean, turns to a busy bar at night children allowed.

vlasseros best exchange rate

exchange rate brilliant, Euro 151 at moment couldn't be better. Go vlasseros (Phillips) you will the best rate there.
