Arrived back home from Kavos after being there less than 24hrs. We thought it was the cheapest, tackiest, dirtiest and noisiest place we had ever been to. I would never want to even pass through such a place in my life again. I had heard stories about Corfu and Kavos but I could't believe how bad it actually was. The beach had all sorts of things (indescribable) on it. Awful, awful awful. If you're an adolescent you may love the night life but if you're over 20 you'll have matured past the point of enjoying this cheap trick town..... If you want to get blind drunk (you would need to be blind !) be up all night, (you will be!) and like hanging round rubbish tips (its a dump!), then go to Kavos....... We hated Kavos!

Dirty and horrible

Very small but clean, 24 hour open air bar (Hence:forget sleeping before 7.00am)

Reps did their job but to the minimum. Olympic Holiday Policies are more at fault. Accommodation alternatives unavailable, not concerned of our welfare, had to fly home early and pay for own ticket.
