The Lefkimi hotel definately seemed to be the best place to be staying in Kavos. When we arrived, and saw some of the places other people were being dropped off at, we started to panic, coz some of them looked like total dives! A lot of people we met there said that their hotels were pretty bad, so if ur staying at Lefkimi, its alright! The location is fantastic, u just have to walk out the front door, and ur right in the middle of all the clubs and bars, so at the end of the night, theres no walking to be done, or taxis or anything. The rooms, poolside and everything are really clean. Even tho linen isnt changed every day, they still come in and tidy up/sweep floors/clean the bathroom and all that! The only bad thing to say about it is that the staff are all so miserable! Apart from Dimitri, who worked in the hotel's bar, and George who sometimes worked on reception, you'd think they'd all been given a life sentence! Watch out for the evil pregnant woman on reception-she's just evil, and Helen, who worked in the poolside snack bar, ruled it with an iron rod! She seemed to make it her mission to make everyone feel more like they were at school than on holiday, but dont be put off, coz everyone just used to laugh at her! The woman who ran the hotel woz just plain psychotic! She used to just run around shouting at all the staff in Greek, and on numerous occasions slapped the barmen if they did something she didnt agree with! But, its the best hotel, and we had a fantastic holiday, and I would definately go back there!
This dingy little place was one of the worst bars in Kavos! The music woz crap, and even tho they advertised 3 for 1 on the cocktails, the glasses were small, and not een filled right up, so it may aswell have been 2 for 1 really. We did meet a group of fit lads in there tho, about the only good thing about the place!
yea, i agree that the whole fire thing they had going on in fire bar woz pretty good! definately had the some of the s**ttiest pr's, but the drinks and music were good, so we didn't mind being talked into going in!
This place is down one of the side alleys, so if u never get cornered by one of its PR's, u'll probably never know its there, but try and find it, coz its wicked! If ur into R&B music, which we are, then its definately the place to go! The cocktails are also lush, huge measures and all that-try the London Special, probably the best cocktail I had while we were there! Good atmosphere once it got going too!
I loved this place! The music woz very random, R&B, old skool, and classics, but good all the same! Some REALLY fit barmen, who also offered us free drinks if we danced on the bar, so that woz obviously a major plus! Definately one to visit!
This place woz wicked! If ur into R&B music, which we really are, then this is definately the place yo go! It just played tune after tune, and we would have stayed in there all night if we hadn't have felt we'd be missing out on the millions of other things going on in Kavos! Decoration woz good, and drinks seemed to be more reasonably priced than everwhere else-I loved it!
