Use any one of the other agnents but NOT princess travel. We were told lies regarding travel times, and what was included. Also I t was clear due to high winds boats were unlikely to sail but she claimed the captain had told her conditions were fine on the other side - another lie. When voicing our complaints the owner (5'3" dark hair late 40's) was very un apologetic and claimed four of us did not hear her say the coach took 50mins (when it took 2hrs due to a long route and pickups) After finding this site it looks like this is constant behaviour from this conpany. AVOID!!
Be very careful, completely misinformed about trip. The lady seemed so enthusiastic about trip. However trip took 2 hours by coach not 50 mins, gale meant no boat trip none had gone that day, and we left at 3pm so she knew! Waste of day and awful for young children. Meal not 'all inclusive' actually 5 each, led to disagreement in restaurant, (they said she had done this before)- and therefore actually cost us more for children and veggie meal (egg and chips)
Be VERY VERY careful when dealing with this company. We booked a trip from Sidari on Corfu island to go on a glass bottom boat in Corfu town. 1. We were told the journey would take 50 minutes. It actually took two hours. We had two young children with us, and I have a medical condition. Had we known of the length of travel we would not have gone. 2. The weather was windy so we had our suspicions as to wether the boat would sail. I am sure that the lady know the boat would not sail, but did not want to lose her income, so she said the boat MIGHT not sail. It did not sail. We were told that if the boat did not sail, we would get 10 each back. When we came back the following day she tried to palm us off with an 8 refund. 3. We were told that the trip included a meal. The phrase "all inclusive" was repeated several times. When we finished our meal we were told that we had to pay 5 each for our meals. Apparently, "all inclusive" does not mean ALL inclusive ! The following day when we went to collect our monies, tha lady was most un helpful. She told us that she had been working there for 15 years and new all about the island. After much discussion she reluctantly refunded our 10 per person for the boat trip, but adamantly refused to refund the monies for the meal. She told us to go and never come back. Once again, be VERY VERY careful.
We were approached by the very exuberant and chatty lady and booked 2trips with her. She repeated everything at least twice but never mentioned that in bad weather the boat trips did not sail. We turned up for our trip and waited 90 mins until her office opened. When we said the transport. Had not turned up she threw her handsin the air and simply said weather! No apology for our wasted time or disappointment. She told us we could go the next day but when we said this was not convenient, grudgingly gaves a refund. We could not cancel the second trip though I had lost all faith in her company but apart from arriving about 10mins late it was an excellent day. Go forth with caution if dealing with this lady!
Called into Princess Travel to change some money and got the 'third degree' about how long I had ben in Sidari, where was I staying etc. Apparently there are better rates if you have just arrived to entice you to change all your holiday money there. When I questioned the 2.5 per cent commission charge the lady in the office gave me a very stroppy reply saying she would not rip me off like everyone else in Sidari who would just take your money and are not interested in you.Needless to say I took my business elsewhere and got charged 2 per cent without the attitude.
I was totally disgusted to see that one of your coaches dropped disabled people off at the square in Kassioipi see( Illusions Kassiopi)and the execpted them to walk to the harbour to pick up Cosmic's lazy day cruise, I hope you reimbersed those poor people their fares. I will be writing to Vera @ Cosmic to complain of you deploreable treatment of disabled people
