Vlasseros Travel

used vlasseros for a few trips and can't find any faults with them at all. brill value for money as one trip to Parga and Paxos which is a must cost 20 euros less than Thompsons and was exactly the same trip. also the staff were very friendly and helpful. the buses were very clean.

Very disappointing service. Booked a trip to Aqualand on Wednesday 17th June 2015 for the following morning for me and my boyfriend. Woman told us that was no problem and got it all sorted, although we ended up shortchanged! But felt happy enough. Had looked up the weather on Wednesday to see if the Thursday was supposed to be wet or anything and it said some thundery showers but that they would have cleared up by midday. Again, lady that we booked with mentioned nothing about the weather. Arrived the next morning with plenty of time to be told that the trip had been cancelled 'due to the weather'. We found this impossible to believe as all their other buses that were travelling to Corfu town for trips and in the same area that Aqualand is situated, were going ahead. Ended up going to to Hydropolis which was basically a kid's water park. Asked our Thompson rep if any trips to Aqualand had been cancelled that day due to the weather and they hadn't and she also said that a fellow Thompson rep who works at Aqualand had had no warnings sent out about the weather and that all other companies had sent buses down. Obviously something else in the works. Very disappointed.

Just come back from Sidari - May 2015 - went on 5 trips and no complaints. Albania guide excellent. Costs low and no hidden charges - told about all additions up front - never known trips so cheap and good quality. Red buses comfy and drivers pleasant. Recommend this company to anyone.

I have been going to Corfu since 1991. In the early days we always stuck with the Tour Operator that we had travelled with for our excursions paying well over what was on the street. A few years in we discovered Vlasseros Travel and we found the service was no different for a much cheaper price! All coaches in Corfu run to their own times and we always expect the coaches to be delayed on pick-up, we therefore choose a place where we know we can sit and have a drink until the coach actually appears! I have over the years been on most of the trips that Vlasseros offers and am always well pleased with them. I find the reps on board to be very informative and have learnt a lot about Corfu over the years. Yes I am back again later this year and will using them once again, not only for trips though, we want to try and find a nights accommodation in Corfu town this year and will be visiting the office for some help. Looking forward to seeing Sidari again soon!

We have just returned from a very enjoyable holiday in Sidari, Corfu. However our experience of Vlaseros Travel was anything but enjoyable. We booked for an evening trip to Kassiopi which was cancelled by the company because they believed bad weather was imminent.This didn't materialise until the following day. We only found out about the cancellation when we waited for the coach even though we were staying in the hotel directly opposite their office,a fact they were fully aware of.However we agreed to accept an alternative day trip to Kassiopi in 2 days time. We then booked for a trip to Albania advertised at 10 euros each person which then had a further 8 euros each added on for the coach travel to Corfu port to catch the ferry for the following week with an early morning start. The day before we were due to travel my partner suggested we confirm the trip was still on- just as well because it had been cancelled for the day we had booked.Again no-one had had the decency to inform us even though they knew where we were staying.They tried to offer us an alternative day which happened to be the day we were flying back to the UK so I asked for a refund and was told the manager had to authorise this and he was expected in about an hour. After about an hour and a half I returned to the office but still no manager. I explained the situation to another staff member who also offered the trip on the day we were flying home.I again agreed to return later to see the manager. Still no manager but a different member of staff who eventually did refund the cost of the trip.Based on our experience of this company there is no way we would consider using them on our next trip to Sidari.They appear very feriendly and efficient when they are selling trips etc but don't deliver and then are totally indifferent in their attitude.

We are in sadari now 5th sept 2014 I will be using these again We went on a coach trip to corfu town on tues it was very hot that day The driver was kostos an i would like him to get in touch with me please ask him to contact me on fb carol baker We cant fault him as he had a lot to of things go wrong on way home not with the coach but other people Sheep walked in front of coach A car crash A stupid driver speeding near the coach he had ago in greek then carried on We got bck safe thanks to kostos Please ask him to contact me Asap thank you

What an abousoulte joke this place is avoid at all cost we booked to go to a local festival told to be at pick up point for 8 o'clock in the evening the bus eventually turned up at 830 festival started at 8!!!!no room on bus for us a further 4 buses turned up still no room we were told a mini bus was on way for us would be 10 mins 45 mins it eventually turned up took us an hour to get there 10 o'clock now we get to the village to be stopped by the police who wouldn't let us down the road because it to busy so we just had to sit in minibus for another 45 mins without moving anywhere the driver then got in bus and just drove us back to resort!!!! No explanation as to what was going on very disappointing we did get a refund but I will NOT be using this company again and I advise you not to there are others on the island

I had a great time in corfu and Vlasseros travel was fantastic. Just wandered if anyone had the correct number for Phillip?

I have been going to sidari for the last 15 yrs with my family,  we always use Vlasseros Travel for all our trips,  Phillip is lovely and always has a smille for you,  i have found his staff are very helpful, yes there is charges for transfers but it is still cheaper than the hotel reps,  i would definately recommend Vlasseros Travel without a doubt in all the years i have been going there i have never had a bad trip

  Bit of a rip off actually, be aware that boat trips advertised have bus fare added on to the price! We also booked to go to the festival at Kassiopi which was cancelled sadly due to the deaths of two local boys, but he should have offered people their money back instead of taking us to one a mile down the road in the middle of a field for 4 hours! People asking for refunds were refused. DON'T USE!

hi am not sure whether you got my last message, i came horse riding with you last friday and am now back in the uk. it was fantastic, your guide Nat was a credit to you, nothing too much trouble. I did promise to send him some of the pictures taken on the trip but although he gave me his facebook name and mobile i cant read it!! (typical mans writing lol|).

We were well treated by the owner Philip as we booked 6 trips with him which were great.  Only 1 was poor (Annual Evening Festival at Pantocrater) due to the driver getting lost which meant we had very little time at the resort and arrived back one hour late at 2am!
