10/10Brilliant! Stayed in acharavi 3 years ago and ate there most days Maria and Fanis are lovely. Just returned from holiday in Kassipoi but visited Faros and it was so lovely that Maria remembered us. Visit their Facebook page to see how much loved this beachside taverna is

Wot lovely people Fanis and Maria are. Nothing is too much trouble for them and the food is fantastic.

Faros is the place to go! Perfectly situated on the beach front, looking out to the sea, with both excellent food and service. Maria and Fanis are both lovely, genuine people and we kept returning to Faros, night after night. They made us feel so welcome, Faros felt like family.
The Greek meze was delicious, and it's great because you can have a small plate for just 6 Euros. (I still couldn't clear the plate though!) I can also recommend the Greek Salad, Spag Bol and desserts. Had to pop in during early afternoon for desserts (try the Greek Yogurt with honey & nuts, tho the kids loved the chocolate concoctions!) because we were always too full after dinner!

Faros was our favourite restaurant in Acharavi. Nothing was too much trouble. Maria and Fanis are wonderful people who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. and the children loved it too.

VERY FAMLIY ORENTATED SERVICE WAS QUICK NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE FOR CHILDREN ATE THERE MOST DAYS MUST TRY MARIAS MOUSSKA AND ANY COCKTAILS MADE BY THE BARMAN HIMSELF FANIS.SITUATED AT SEA FRONT WONDERFUL ON THE NIGHT TIME.
