hey vangelis
hello from your old friend elizabeth (friend of anne, nessie and jane). i know it's been far too long since we last got together but i hope to meet up with you some time next year. it's been interesting to see your photographs at your restaurant in kassiopi. i encouraged my nephew ross (joanne's son) to go to sidari this month hoping you would still be there. however, he has promised to come and visit you in kassiopi and i will give him some photographs to remind you of us and of the many good times we had in the bolero. glad to know you and antonia and kiki are doing so well. you are a lovely family and deserve much happiness. i miss you all and think of you often.
Just got back from Kassiopi in Corfu and simply have to mention Bolero, you have to try it
Just got back from Corfu. Ate at Boleros every night. We went there 3 years ago after trying many other restaurants in Kassiopi and we knew we'd found the best place to eat for us.
Bolero was great we go there every year it is realy great the staff are cool. It was over 100 degrres man thats hot.
The food was great and yummy.this is by far the best place to eat in kassiopi!! cant wait to get bk next year miss u all already
Just got back from kassiopi and can`t believe the Bolero only gets a 3 out of 10 rating. The food was of a good quality and the menu was quite extensive. Our favourites were the lamb sofrito, the stifado, and of course, the kleftiko, and especially when washed down with a large measure of sambuca. Add to this the excellent and friendly service we always received, I would not hesitate to recommend the Bolero and look forward to visiting again in the not too distant future.
We were in Kassiopi from 8-18 August. Visited Bolero on the first
evening, and thought the food and place were Ok, but nothing
more. Had a few breakfasts there which were very pleasant,
although slightly more expensive that some.
How can anyone say that about the food at Bolero's. I was at the Bolero Bar Sidari every night (the owner is the same) and find these comments not very nice at all . All the staff are great, better than most especially George & Sam true gents. If you want you can email me with why you don't like the food etc to laura@needham1979.freeserve.co.uk. and I'll pass your comments on. Regards Laura xx
Good place for a full english to soak up the hangover. Just under 5 Euro for a huge plateful with two mugs of tea/coffee. Didn't get an evening meal here though as the menu looked a little to British for our liking, though many people did correct us and say it was lovely...
"Never made it as a wise man
I couldn't cut it as a poor man stealin'
Tired of livin' like a blind man
I'm sick inside without a sense of feelin
And this is how you remind me
This is how you remind me
Of what I really am ......"
