Elini Apartments
(Apartments in Sidari)
 Hi sinead how are you.
I go every year to the eleni apartments , the one that are with libra.
They are fifteen minutes walk from the centre of town . The good thing is theres no traffic and theres two bars on the way to and from the apartments . The people that own the apartments are the nicest family you will ever meet , theres a nice pool and a small bar . The apartments are basic but clean and helen the owner will do anything you ask of her within reason . The apartments are all ground floor with sitting areas at the front and the back of the apartments. The beach is about 7 minutes away . We have been six times and have booked for next year in june , you will love it and i can reccomend the barbecue nights the food is lovely . Helen has two daughters maria and tina 19 and 21 that help out all summer. I have been to corfu 24 times and if you want any more info just e mail me at davewneil@googlemail.com

 Fantastic holiday thanks to Jimmi and family who were wonderful May 2007. Brilliant apartments basic but very clean. Be careful when walking into Sidari along the road I tripped and broke my hand! We have booked to go back again in May 2008 and i really can't wait. | |

 I must say that we had a really great time at eleni apartments, however we had a monsoon while we were there and we were in number 31 apartment and it poured down inside the place. We had no electricty. There was no upstairs on top of our apartment so you can just imagine the state of the place, it was like a paddling pool. It was a good job that we were intoxicated or we would not be able to sleep in the damp beds. As i was there celebrating my 40th birthday on the 24th September, jimmy and his staff were really helpful in organising my cake on the greek night. This was a lovely time and i would reccomend it to anyone who is going there. ( Just hope that you dont happen to have a monsoon while you are there ha ha) | ||||||||||

To Lorna Wareham - the Eleni Apartments are situated just as you arrive in Sidari on the Corfu town road (right hand side). That is at the opposite end to the Three Little Pigs and Canal D'Armour. Its a 15 min walk into Sidari centre. Eleni are great apartments and are located in a quiet area but there are plenty of tavernas nearby plus a decent supermarket. | ||||||||||

Aug 2006. My two daughters (Vicki & Steph) and I have just returned from a week at the Eleni Apartments in Sidari. We had a great time, our studio was clean, well furnished and spacious enough for the three of us. The pool area was brilliant and we loved the Texas Bar which served good food and had lovely bar staff. Absolutely loved the Greek night - well worth the money. Enjoyed the quiz and karaoke nights too. We didn't mind the walk into Sidari centre although the first part without proper footpaths is a bit hair raising. Thanks very much to Jimmy and his family, we would like to return sometime. | ||||||||||

Just returned from a weeks holiday at the Eleni apartments.(June 16th-23rd) It was our first time in Corfu and we loved it! The apartments were basic but clean and spacious. The pool was a great size and extremely clean as well as the pool area. The food at the bar must be tried! Gorgeous and lots of choice! Would definately recommend the breakfasts! it was only a ten minute walk into the main part of Sidari where there were lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. We would like to say a big hello to Jimmy and his family! Such lovely, friendly people! The only downside to our holiday was that we were only there for 1 week! | ||||||||||

Hello Helen, John & Jimmy We had a brilliant time at your apartments (26 August - 6 Septemebr)
(Helen - I was the one with the Marilyn Monroe handbag - remember?) .
Everwhere was clean, tidy and the people and the food were fantastic.
Thank you for making it a special holiday.

Not worth it's 3 star rating, simply because of the fact that the owner " Jimmi " refuses to supply any of his guests with toilet rolls, when you complain he just says " take it up with Thompsons ". The pool area is very good with plenty of sun loungers and the pool is cleaned each night. The food at the texas bar is also pretty good ( with the exception of the calamari )and is reasonably priced. Bar prices were competitive for the first week of our stay but then they put 20c on a dash of lime or the lemonade in a lager top ! Reason, it was now high season !! The rooms are basic, but this is what I'm told is what you should expect in Greece, and the cleaners come in most mornings, although don't be supprised to find that they have gone through your cutterly and things ( what little there is ) to make sure that all is present and correct ( we lent my daughter some washing up liquid and used an egg cup to transport it ) and were chastised for removing from the room.
The location of the apaartments is about a 25 minute walk from the centre of Sidari, and there are plenty of bars and restuarants to pass on the way, although be very careful of the road, there is no footpath and you take your life in your hands each time you make your journey ! |

| I went to Eleni Apartments last year,It was the first time to Greece and I must say I had a brilliant holiday,so good,that when I came home I booked for this year.The apartments were well maintained,clean and tidy,the owner 'Jimmi' and his family were very friendly and the food in the Texas Bar was to a high standard. | ||||||||||
