One of the best apartments in corfu.these apartments have a prime location.Anything you need is within walking distance. The pool is lovely and the pool bar is awsome. The apartments are very clean and well looked after. The staff are the best thing about this place though.Lisa and Spiros are great fun and always up for a laugh.Dinos caters for everyone.highly recomendable.![]()

Just got back yesterday! Me and my boyfriend Max went for 2 weeks and had a wicked time. To start with the resort consists of a main road which goes thru the town with others coming off. There are the main beaches which are shallow - great for kids and sandy, then if you go to the left of the main grand beach towards the canal d'armour there are about 4 coves/beaches, beautiful sea and caves! There is another pretty beach is you follow the road heading to sunset beach. The hotel entrance is set between a shop and restaurant both owned by the hotel, there are 21 steps up the the hotel - not ideal for elderly people! i even tripped up shamefully about 3 times whilst we were there! The pool is a normal size not small but not big, and the bar is excellent, Lisa the barmaid from England is very friendly and can make a great white russian and L.A Sunrise! The bar is the cheapest in the whole town, cocktails are just 3.50 euros, appox £2.20 and pint of amstel 2.00 e approx £1.80! The downstairs 2 bedroom apartments are very spacious, and the views from the upsatirs ones are incredible! The studios/ 1 bed apartments are a little crostifobic? but pleasent. They all have airconditioning at 5 euros per day and are worth it! The rooms are cleaned often, but you are only supplied with one toilet roll and are expected to wash up after cooking, so may be an idea to include them in your packing! The hotel is pretty much in the centre, but set back enough for peace and quiet, although the bar opposite can be a little loud but when you close your doors at night you cannot hear it, as for the traffic noise there is little but again you do not sleep with the doors open or the mosies will get you! There are many restaurants all over the place, and the one beside the hotel Ambrosia? does great pizzas, you can order food from this restaurant from the bar! which also shows BB! We went on the Paleo BBQ day trip, DO NOT BOOK THRU MY TRAVEL! go down the road its alot cheaper in the travel shops! good day out, but bbq is one chicken leg, 2 slices of bread and greek salad! so you may wish to take more food! We also went to the water park that was good, great for kids and adults. Sidari is a good resort but unfortunately has turned very touristy and not authentic greek, stay away from the english restaurants as they charge english equivalent prices! There are 2 night clubs there and numerous bars which dont open till 2am and finish at 8am! so can be quite noisey and busy in town, wasn't so busy in June tho. I hope thats enough info for anyone planning on going to sidari! Spiros is only 25? and owns the hotel he is very friendly and helpful. Beaware of the traffic!

| We stayed for a week commencing 8th Aug. The view from the top floor
apartments across the bay is lovely. The apartments themselves are very
spacious. The provision of the fridge freezer kettle and toaster are
useful. The things that let down the apartments is that fact that it
really is noisey at night. The music and stuff you can cope with, your
own holiday after all. It's the constant traffic noise that will get to
you. (people tooting their horns all night) Ear plugs are a must. The
cafe, snack bar downstairs is poorly staffed during the day (when we
went there was no one there so went elsewhere for brekafast) and the
food at lunchtime was uninspiring. Better in the evening. The people in
the shop could be friendlier too.

Just literally got back (2hrs ago) from Sidari, Corfu. Me and my boyfriend stayed 2 weeks at the Dinos Apartments. Loved, loved, loved the holiday so much that we are definately considering going back again. The apartments are gorgeous, very clean, equipped with a kettle and toaster which is unusual for Greece. They are centered right in the heart of Sidari but if you want sleep at night it isn't too noisy. The restaurant below is the best. Christos and his family are very nice and the food is amasing. The best greek food on the island. Theo and Billy's across the road is fantastic for entertainment showing all the latest films. The weather was hot, hot, hot. Watch out for the mosquitos tho'- there's plenty. What more can I say it was absolutely amasing. I didn't rate the beach much but then the apartment and pool were so nice who cares. Go into the shop Mountain Mania- they hire fans and sell the best DVD reproductions around. Say a big hello to Mikey and Tina for us they are the best people. Can't wait to go back, miss it already.

| Just returned from 2 weeks staying at Dinos. Loved the WHOLE holiday. Apartments basic as you would expect for Greece, but fine none the less. There are 2 blocks of apartments and depending which one you stay in you could have a full kitchen or just a sink and a cupboard. Shower in the bathroom but nothing to attach the shower head to the wall with (not uncommon), just takes a bit more time thats all. Maid/cleaner very friendly. Bedding changed once a week (we were there for 2 weeks and had 1 change of bedding). Towels changed 2/3 times a week, I think. Pool does not have many sunbeds though and can get a bit crowded but most people go to the beach anyway. Loads of bars and restaurants have pools and offer free sunbeds, some on the beachfront. Excellent location - close enough but just far enough away so you don't get the noise. There is a lot of traffic noise in the morning though. The main BIG supermarket is about 10 minutes away, turn right as you come out of the apartments. Other smaller supermarkets are dotted around. If it says 'Cava' then it's really an off-licence, but some sell bread and crisps. Word of warning - away from the main centre of the 'strip' there are no pavements and the traffic is very busy at most times during the day with cars, coaches and even some heavy goods vehicles! My tip is to always walk in the direction of the oncoming traffic, otherwise you never know what's coming up behind you... | ||||||||||

| IN RESPONSE TO THOSE ASKING ABOUT DINOS,WE ARE A FAMILY OF 5 AND WE STAYED AT DINOS IN JUNE 2003.FANS WERE SUPPLIED IN SOME ROOMS,BUT THERE IS A HIRE SHOP ALMOST NEXT DOOR.ITS OWNED BY AN ENGLISH BLOKE AND IT IS VERY REASONABLE.HE ALSO HIRES OUT PUSHCHAIRS ETC.AS FOR THE STEPS,THERE IS ONE FLIGHT OF ABOUT 14 STEPS TO THE APARTMENT LEVEL.IF STAYING ON 1ST OR 2ND FLOORS,OBVIOUSLY THERE ARE 2 MORE FLIGHTS OF STAIRS.HOWEVER SPIROS WILL DO HIS BEST TO ACCOMODATE YOU IF YOU ASK!NOT A NOISEY PLACE AT ALL!THERE ARE A FEW BARS AND TAVERNAS CLOSE BY,AND THE MAIN BARS ARE ABOUT A 5 MINUTE WALK AWAY.THE BEACH IS ABOUT THE SAME.SUCH A BEAUTIFUL PLACE,FRIENDLY PEOPLE AND GREAT FOR KIDS ASWELL AS ADULTS.SO IMPRESSED WE ARE RETURNING IN JUNE 2004.
