We actually booked Beachfront Villa Yiannis but got Villa Dimitris instead! Villa Dimitris is located just behind the Yiannis Beachfront Villas and only has partial sea view. We were very disappointed from the interior of Villa Dimitris and that it was not directly at the beach as promised. At least we got from Angela (from Villa Yannis) a discount of 10 Euros on our request. But still 60 Euros are far too much for that kind of flat! There was no shower curtain, old and dirty furniture, rusty oven, bad tv reception with only Greek channels and no sunbeds. In the flat itself we couldn't find any information about the price for one night, so they can ask for any price they want! The positive side is the big shady veranda under an olive tree, the quite neighborhood and the short access to a small sandy beach. If you want to stay in Paleokastritsa after August, ask at the local tourist office for a flat and let it show it to you! | |
