| We stayed there in September 2004. The studios themselves are extremely basic (although the kettle was a bonus!) and they were only "cleaned" three times in a two week stay. I couldn't help but feel disappointed - with just a few easy touches the accomodation could have been much more comfortable and attractive. Views from the ground floor apartments are pretty much wiped out by the huge palms within six feet of the veranda. The location is okay, a fair half hour walk to Paleo (a really lovely resort) with beaches on the way. There are two tavernas, a couple of bars and a supermarket within three or four minutes' walk. It is close to the road so expect some traffic noise at all hours, as well as the attendant cockerel who seemed extremely confused about times. One big plus is the swimming pool, which is a decent size and in a lovely position. The Kosmar rep was really helpful, but the skeleton staff at the studios were hopelessly overstretched. | ||||||||||

| Visited July 2004 with some concern about proximity to Jimmy's Bar (referred to in previous posting). Jimmy's Bar is still there, still late and on some nights (especially the night when Greece won Euro 2004!) quite loud. However - this year the studios have been provided with air conditioning (optional - 5 Euros per night) and with the doors closed, air conditioning on, there was no noise problem. All other favourable features continue and we were very pleased with the accommodation and setting, especially the several nearby tavernas offering very good value meals. | ||||||||||

| We arrived late afternoon monday 15th September 2003, we were very impressed with our apartment which was bright and clean and had a large private balcony with a sea view. There was a very steep driveway down to the site but there were also steps to use. The pool was a good size and the pool bar was clean and served drinks and snacks. There were lots of sunbeds and always some spare. It was our second choice as our first choice in the brochure said there could be some noise from the bar and we wanted a peaceful holiday. If there was a five star guide for basic it would come top of the list. Unfortunately there was one BIG downfall!!! on the other side of the road was "Jimmy's Bar" which played very loud music from 11pm until it decided to close, the worst night I think it was 4am. So if you take a good set of ear plugs or you are a very heavy sleeper go for it. | ||||||||||
