We have just come back from the Paradise Apartments, and I have to say that we had a brilliant time. We stayed in the 2 bedroomed apartments (with the "whirlpool bath"), they where extremelly clean, and I have to say quite posh, the bathroom especially, though unfortunately there was no Whirlpool. There was a huge balcony which overlooked both pools and you could also see the Sea (Just!). The apartment also had a very large kithcen/dining area which was pretty well equiped with a cooker, 2 rings, kettle and all utensils and pots and pans. Although we didn't really eat in the apartment. Paradise restaurant is lovely, all the staff are really friendly and you also get a 10% discount on your meal and the food isn't half bad either!!
The location of Paradise was also a major plus point, you are literaly a 2 minute walk from the town with all your pubs, clubs and restuarants. The nearest beach is also just over the road, although its not brilliant however, if you walk another 2 minutes you will come to the better beach with all your water sports etc. you will also find on the beach loads of restaurants which are all lovely cos you can eat day or night with views over the sea. The only downside is that most restaurants have exactly the same menus.
As for excusions, we went on 2 of the boat trips which where really good and so was the water park. There are 3 waterparks 1 in sidari, 1 about 20 munutes away and the one which we went to "Aqualand" which was about 1 hour away by coach, but it was worth it. We also went on the Greek night which wasn't brilliant and a bit over priced, I wouldn't bother if you have kids!!
I think its fair to say that you can do as much or as little as you like in Sidari and you will absuloutley love the Paradise Apartments I would certainley recomend it and definately arrange to stay there again!
