I worked in sidari all last summer and it was fantastic, sunset beach which was a bit of a trek but worth it, also the night life was fab, caesars all night long and foam parties on a thurs, fan-bloody-tastic!! would recommend to anyone esp if you don't want to go to kavos... hey to anyone who has gone back out will see you in aug as am coming back with stu and carlos!! x x

I did have a tattoo done while I was out there as did a few of the pr guys ( you know who you are!) they are expensive but well worth it and if you can't find a design you like they will design you one, but get it done on the last day of your hols or you can't sunbathe for the whole time you're there. Also you may have to book a day or time with them so make sure you give them some notice.

You are much better off taking euros but you don't need to take loads as there are cash machines and in the Sidari Travel office opposite Premier Bar you can chage your money at a reasonable rate, there are quite a few other places to change money but I reccomend using this one cos Sidari Travel work with Thomson so you know they won't rip you off.

Sidari is ok for kids, but if you are close to the centre of town it will be noisy as the bars don't shut til late and most of the clubs (all 2 of them!) are open til about 6/7am. There is a small waterpark in Sidari, which is up near the Venezia Pizzaria and the Kohenoor Indian Restaurant, it's not big but ok if you don't want to travel to Aqualand. You can also hire mountain bikes for kids and adults and next to the Mimosa Hotal there is usually a bouncy castle and kids mini car racing course. also on the beach you have the usual stuff, pedalos, rubber ring, banana ride, volleyball etc the sunbeds on the beach opposite the Mimosa are 5 euros each and you have to pay for the umbrella but you do have them for the whole day, if you don't want to pay that you can sometimes find that the sunbeds outside the bars can be free..! It is a good resort and everyone is very friendly recommend getting a car for a couple of days and checking out the sights too, the Achilleon Palace is gorgeous!!

This place was a dump, full of kids, and those who weren't kids were off their faces on drugs, full of chavs and idiots (or are they the same thing...?!) do not recommend going here.
