Sara.....I stayed at the Garnavos apartments in sidari, on the whole it was a real treat, Huge clean Pool, poolside service, Clean, friendly etc. I stayed in a studio apartment with my boyfriend, it was very small, but we expected it really, the luxury appartments where lovely, plenty of room. my only concern is that in sidari the locals do not like animals including dogs and cats and tend to mistreat them, which if you are an animal lover can spoil your entire holiday, i whitnessed two local greek men tying a dog to a rope then to the back of a van, and they literaly dragged the poor helpless dog around some waste ground until it died. so ill let you decide

Sara...yeah we had to check out at about 11-12 am on our last day and the coach (to take us to corfu airport) wasn't coming to pick us up till about 12 midnight, My parents who had a luxury appartment had a word with the owners of gavarnos and managed to keep their room for about another 4 hours or so....but they charged us extra something like 20 pound...not really sure. but it was a pain really i ended up having to have a nap on the sun beds beside the pool whilst waiting for the coach..but it all might have changed since then. katie

Sara...I cant really remember the names of all the good places to eat, and the pubs and clubs,there is one good place to eat and it served a full english breakfast and when i say full i mean full...they called it a Truckstop breakfast so keep your eyes out for that one....all the places where really nice....the staff and food at the paradise resturant where great(which is right next door to garnavos)...if you get chance, go on a coach trip to the Auqualand in corfu...thats great!
