Hi, My boyfriend and I have just booked a late deal, leaving in 3 weeks, staying at the Garnavos Apartments in Sidari. Does anyone know what they are like - have seen various reports. ThanksX

Thanks Katie.... is there a late checkout facility at the Garnavos apartments? - our flight is at some nightmare hour of the morning and we don't really want to be sitting around from 12midday, the day before!

Just returned from 2 weeks holiday at the Garnavos apartments. The rooms are basic but have everything you need. The pool is huge and there are always sunbeds - although weekends can get a bit crowded when the locals come and use the facilities as well. The paradise restaurant serves great food and the owners & waiters etc. are very friendly and helpful.

Just got back after 2 weeks in Sidari - stayed at the Garnavos apartments. Good places to eat are the Roof Garden (in main street) and the paradise restaurant. Can also recommend China Town as the best chinese in Sidari.

Also recommend the Falcon bar - the calypso bar is also good as it always seems to have a happy hour!

Shops sell the usual tourist tat and there are several good jewellery shops.
