I have stayed in these studios three times & they are very spacious, especially the two end ones. The two apartments are also spacious with a huge balcony which looks over the main street. There is always hot water as it is heated electronically. The owner, Nicoletta comes in every day (except Sundays) to clean them. The only drawback for the studios is that there is a shared balcony.
This is my favourite bar in Kassiopi.Set right on the T-junction in the village square, you can sit outside watching the world go by while enjoying one of the many great cocktails or a nice long ouzo.Going back again next July.
I have been going to Kassiopi on & off since 1992 & we always have a few evening dinners in here. The waiter's are some of the friendliest I have ever come across, especially Nico who treats us like royalty.See you all in July 2003.
Just got back from two weeks in the Dimas. This being our fifth visit to Kassiopi. We were in the bottom block with a fantastic view of the harbour.Cleaners in nearly everyday, sheets & towels changed twice, plenty of crockery & kitchen utensils. Two drawbacks.(1)You need to be a mountain goat to climb the 26 steep steps after you have climbed the first 10-15 metres of the steep hill.(2)The noise every night from the Harbour Bar which can go on till after 3-00am.Would we go back? Afraid not.
Does anyone know how much it costs for a taxi from the airport up to Kassiopi. Thanks a million.
