We have just come back from staying in the Bardis Sun Studios, we had a lovely time, the apartment was small but adequate and very clean, the staff were so friendly as were the staff in the various tavernas we frequented, the Corfoit people are really lovely. A big thank you to Spiros, Poppy, Bobby and George for making our stay such a memorable one, hopefully we will see you again soon. |

Both me and my Girlfriend have just come back from the Bardis Sun Studio Pool Bar (Not the hotal next door whcih is owned by different people) and could not have asked for a much better and more relaxed holiday. Spiros and Popy were really friendly and made use feel at home, Also Popy is a great cook . Both Bobby and George (there sons) are a real credit to Spiros and Popy.
The resort of Arillas is really nice with all the locals saying "Hi" when ever you walked passed them and the beach is realy clean sand with crystel clear sea
I was very sad to go |

We ahve stayed at the Bardis Sun Hotel many times now and have enjoyed everyone. It is set just on the outskirts of the village of Arillas with only a five minute walk to the beach. There are restaurents and shops nearby. There is a lovely big pool that never seems to get over crowded and a snack bar and bar if you become peckish. The owners are very friendly and we have enjoyed watching there little girl grow up.The accomodation is basic, but what more do you need. There is a kettle and fridge in every room. |

| We've stayed at the Bardis Sun Hotel three times now, and Arrilas is one of our two favourite Greek Island resorts after twenty years of summering there (the other being Xania on Crete). The hotel is basic but friendly, the pool is great because you can watch the swallows perched on the power lines, teaching their kids to drink on the fly from the pool. It's hilarious when the chicks submarine! While Poppy and Spiros are tremendous hosts (and Poppy is absolutely delicious!), it's worth remembering that the Studio apartments (where Poppy and Spiros' bar is) is *not* owned by the same family, despite the proximity. |

| Just wanna say that Bardis Sun is perfect. Best holiday that me and my mates had been on. First went to Arillas during July 2004, loved it so much that we returned during September 2004. The place, bars, food, people etc are fantastic. Fair enough the showers overflow a bit but it does dry up within the hour and by that stage your out of your room. We stayed at the hotel but drank down at the studio bar. Poppy, Spiros, Bobby and George, what a family, made everyone so welcome. When we returned in September it was like going home. So hopefully going again this year, so see you all soon. |

| Have just returned from a week at the Bardis Hotel although it wasn't really a hotel as there wasn't a reception, the bed linen wasn't changed all week, although towels were changed once, and the room wasn't cleaned at all. The pool bar closed at 6pm, although you could use the Bardis apartment bar. But the breakfast was good with a choice of egg or beans on toast and twice egg, bacon and beans. |

| We were surprised to read some of the comments here. We've just returned from a week staying at the Bardis Sun Studios (next to the hotel) and found the accommodation and the resort of Arillas to be even better than we expected. Having visited the Greek islands before, we know that the plumbing is not always great and there is sometimes a whiff in the air (!) but this place was beautiful - wonderful beach, great restaurants and tavernas, very VERY relaxing. Yes, the bar played music until 1am but at least it finished then - many places don't close until the last person leaves, which is often much later than 1am. Spiros and Poppy were the perfect hosts - even though we only bought a few drinks! Please don't be put off - go there and see for yourselves. We've just had our best holiday ever. |

| Stayed at the Bardis Sun Apartments for 2 weeks in July and found it to be basic yet perfect for our requirements. Although we did not spend much time by the pool it seemed clean apart from the paint which came off on our feet and hands. The rooms were small but the beds were changed every couple of days as were the towels. Poppy, Spiros and Bobby were wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome. All in all a very enjoyable experience which we would love to repeat! |

Just back from Arillas, Corfu, stayed at Bardis Sun Studio. I thought it was disgusting. There is so much litter laying around arillas and corfu, you would think they didn't care about the tourist. Also there is a bad smell in certain places, it smells of sewage. As for Bardis Sun studio, it was suppose to be quiet and relaxing, but the bar played really loud music till 1.00 am every morning. It was not very nice, the beds were uncomfortable and the sheets had been there since the dawn of time. The worst thing was the shower, the water went every where and even flooded out onto the corridor. There were mops along the corriders, supposedly for us to dry it up after. However the mops were sitting in disgusting water that had never been changed, which meant you were drying your floor with those dirty, germ ridden things. I didn't find the staff friendly, they were at the start, but I think when they realised we weren't spending money in their bar, it was a different story. Every day the pool was cleaned, but even after that insects and even bird droppings were in it. Don't go here, its cheap and dirty. I wish I had of spent the extra and went somewhere else!!!

Stayed here for 2 weeks at the end of May 2004 really enjoyed it. Arris(he owns the hotel) has a restaurant just round the corner which serves very good and cheap food |
