Nikiforos

                 THEY WERE VERY BASIC AND THE FURNITURE WAS SOOOO OLD COULD DO WITH A REFURBISHMENT . 

                       WE SAYED IN THE ONLY BOTTOM APARTMENT AND WAS NOT SOO GOOD AS IT WAS RIGHT BESIDA THE ENTRANCE AND DID NOT GET MUSC PRIVACY .

         IF YOU DO GET THE BOTTOM APARTMENT (3BEDROOM)  DO NOT GET THE BACK BEDROOM AS IT IS VERY DARK AS THE WINDOW LOOKS OUT ONTO A BRICK WALL THE APARTMENTS ARE NOT CLEANED VERY OFTEN AND WERE QUITE DIRTY AS THERE IS ONLY ONE CLEANER,

 ALL IN ALL THE RESORT IS LOVELY AND THE VIEWS ARE AMAZING

I stayed at the Nikiforus apts in 2006. I would not stay in them again ...After 12 days they had not been cleaned at all just bins emptied .. When i asked (( politely) when they were going to be cleaned , the owner came to my room and started shouting at me .. saying i had made them dirty and he could not see what all the fuss was about !! he said not to complain about him !!  he was in my face , and let me tell you his personal hygiene leaves something to be desired !!

Hi jacqueline ellis  nikiforos appts are just behind solaris aptts if you are coming from town centre, or if coming from the harbour up a path betwee the restaraunt and gift shop, you cant miss it painted yellow and has a lovely swimming pool. yammas

I have just got back from Kassiopi, it was my second time. Nikiforos and his family are really kind and make you feel very welcome. We have stayed in these apartments both times but dont think we will again. The bins are emptied everyday but the bed linen only once a week, The rooms are in need of paint and to be cleaned. The pool and surrounding area are fantastic, but the rooms let these apartments down. They suit me and my friend as we were only in them for around 4 hours to sleep. I wouldnt recommend to anyone who likes luxury or plans on spending abit of time in the room, but ok if you are only looking for somewhere to sleep. I didnt like to eat in the apartment as the cooking facilities were not up to much and the dishes were dirty. The family that runs the apartments are brilliant. Apartments are in a fantastic location and Kassiopi is an amazing place!!!

i loved it  i want to go back i miss the place  it was clean tidy and cool

Very friendly, quiet accomodation.  owned and run by the family and marketed in UK by Sunset Holidays.I thoroughly recommend these appartments if you enjoy a peaceful break. NOTHING is too much trouble.

hi im ollie im 14 and have a twin brother called oscar. me my bro mum n dad went to kassiopi in august 2004 but previosuly went in 2002. we have always stayed here and we love it.

Just got back from the Nikiforos apartments in Kassiopi 31.10.05 which was the last week of the seaon. The location of the Nikiforos apartmenmts is brilliant - just a short walk to the harbour/square. However can't understand all the previous comments about the cleanliness of the apartments as we found them really dirty. Having been to Greece on several occasions before we know that Greek accomodation is basic - we can handle basic, but the apartments were really grubby and weren't cleaned everyday as we were told they would be.  Would definitely return to Kassiopi but not to these apartments.
