just returned home after two great weeks staying at the jason hotel and to tell you how much we enjoyed it, the only thing was the huge hill to climb but it was mentioned in the brouchure, but you soon got used to it.
the hotel was lovely as was the staff who worked there. the rooms was ok though we could have done with a bigger one as there was three of us in one small room and my 13 year old son was on a fold up camp bed. breakfast was not bad just a bit early it was just continental, the pool was lovely as just stayed and chilled there most days and went in to town at night.andreas was very nice and spoke very good english and made great tia marias great value for money not like over here, missing them already, you could get snacks from the bar too. bars in town was very good too especially tiffinys, queen victoria, and halfway bar. jason the owner was friendly too. hopefully would like to go back next year. xxxxxx

We got back on 6th July and had a fab hol. Went with my boyfriend and another couple. Can't fault the hotel, much better than what we thought for the price we paid. Real nice reception- marble floors, lifts etc. The rooms were clean and modern, much better than any other appartments i've had in Greece. The hotel is set up in the mountains, so away from all the noise of the main strip of bars/clubs. Only down fall is the hill..not good treking it back to the hotel in mid day heat arghhh! We kept getting taxi's back in the night, as couldnt face walking (prob good idea when staggering after bar crawl!)also its a bit dodgy if you're coming back on your own. The pool was lovely and clean, only problem we had was all the european kids, but luckily they played music to drown them out! The breakfast was basic, continental style- toast, cereal, ham, cheese, eggs and yuk yoghurt stuff! not worth getting up for to be honest as you can get a nice english breakie down the road for 3 euro.
Ipsos itself was nice, plenty of places to drink and eat. A lovely restaurant was The Oddessey, just as you come out onto the main road from the hotel. Lots of choice, and real nice food. The owner is from Newcastle and was so friendly. She gave us free champagne and dessert when Greece won the footie..was a mad night!
If you're looking for things to do in the day, you can do watersports on the beach front, we hired a motor powered boat for the day for 80 euro inc fuel. Also did a boat trip for the day (Agos Nickolas or something)that inc a bbq too. Just booked it with one of the guys on the street for about 15 euro each. If you're going to Corfu you must head to the water park too, we had a right laugh..loads of slides and a fab wave machine pool. Cost us 25 euro each at one of the day trip places.
All in all we had a great hol and would return to Corfu again..

us girls(Niamh,Mandy, Gemma and Shauna) went last year after our exams and it was a really great holiday! when we wanted to party there were lotsa clubs and when we wanted a quiet nite (not very often) we could have a quiet drink at the hotel bar outside and have the craic with flirty Jason, Alex and their cousin who owned a hotel near to us.The hotel was much nicer than what we expected and we were very happy with the whole holiday-especially the talent behind the bar!we'll be back...

Just returned! Me and Bekki had a wicked time! Made even more enjoyabke by our lovely neighbours and their great variation in music! No we loved u 4 guys really, although still not very happy about the incident with the toothbrush! Don't know if u'll ever read this but Ruudy you're VERY FIT! Jason is lovely, and so 2 r Alex and Angelo - Stop throwing the littlens in the pool tho! Hill Not bad - but not very appealing in the heat of the day tho! Jason in fab setting, views excellent! Accomodation basic but nice! Will def be back next year! Take care Luv ya'll, Al and Becs x x x x x

we stayed at the Jason hotel from the 21st july , we found the hotel to be clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful.
My four children loved the hotel the pool was clean and there was enough space for them to run around in.
They didnt seem to mind the Hill, but it is hard work in the heat and it can be a bit of a trek.
Not recommended for ppl with heart conditions/asthma or wheelchairs as it can be hard work. but if your generally fit and well, well worth the trek.
Jason was extremely nice and the bar was always open until very late with either alex or angelo doing the nonours, and occasionally jason too.
from where my room was i wouldnt say it was very quiet so being near the reception and breakfast area isnt a good idea.
and the hotel at the moment only serves continental style breakfast,
and the outside pool bar can supply snacks other than that you have to trek the hill if you require something more substantial.
Other than that i enjoyed my stay and will hopefully be returning to the Hotel next year.

just got back from staying at the hotel jason, it was great. Apart from the hill to get to it. All the staff were great. Pool area absolutely lovely and the pool bar is now open. Jason the owner of the hotel is a great guy and kept the bar open till the small hours of the morning for us. Helena, the receptionist is a lovely lady and is only too happy to help you with any of your questions or queries. I went with my boyfriend and we met three other couples and some single people there too. jason is up for a laugh and his cute brother alex. i would recommend hotel jason. (except if you have health problems because the hill is a bad one, and is difficult to get back up after a few lemonades)

Me and my girlfriend went Mid June. We loved the place. It was really quiet with only a few rooms being taken. The main strip was a 5 minute walk going down, and a ten minute one coming back up because of the HILL OF DOOM. Really steep when a bit tipsy. The pool area was lovely, shame the bar wasn't open. Staff were nice, air conditioning essential (only 6 euros a day). Definately recommended for those who want a mix of quiet and a little busier at night. Ta Ta

the hotel itself was gorgeous but the clenliness and staff was poor. The rooms were lovely but they were not kept clean by the maid and the sheets were rarely changed.some of the staff were unfriendly and cold. The walk up to the hotel was a joke.it was a 5-10 minute walk doe=wn a little country lane and then a big steep hill to climb in order to get to the hotel.the pool area was lovely with loungers and all but the pool bar was shut so to get something to eat you had to go down the hill and in that eat you couldnt be bothered to climb back up so normally we would sit by the beach.

Fiona

hotel was set in lovely location, not directly on main strip but a two minute walk from bars and restauraunts.view of ipsos was lovely and staff were very friendly.we had a great time!
