we were supposed to stay at the tilemachos hotel but then when we arrived at corfu airport we were told that we were staying at this hotel. we didn't know what to expect as we hadn't looked into it at all.
having arrived early saturday morning we were met by a very friendly receptionist.  breakfast is ok. i can do without a fried breakfast so continental was fine.
the view from the breakfast room was amazing as were the views from all the places that we stopped at.
hotel great. staff great. can't wait to go back again!!!!!!! |

Excellent hotel with friendly staff where nothing is too much trouble. My husband and i have stayed here for four years now and are intending to visit again, with excellent views of the island which ever side of the hotel you stay. Local bars, restaurant, shops and the beach on a five minute walk. ideal if you prefer small hotels and loads of room at the pool. only downfalls are the hill leading to hotel, but you soon get use to it after a few times and there is not much entertainment at the hotel, but again there is loads going on just down the hill.
Overall a fantastic holiday..

Voila je reviens de l'hôtel Eliana ( 19/06 au 03/07 ) je vous livres donc mais impressions : pour le prix assez bas l'hôtel est très propre, chambre lavez tous les jours, toilettes, terrasses, piscines, mais les draps de la chmabre et les essuis 1 jours sur 2 . La pisine est très belle de jour comme de nuit avec les éclairages. L'infrastructure de l'hôtel est très charmante, les chambres simples mais jolies et pratiques. Le personnel de l'hôtel, que des femmes, la patronne très gentille et sympathique, les autres bonjour aurevoir. Mais les grecs sont sympatiques mais les femmes moins. Situation de l'hôtel, mauvaise, pas loin de la plage c'est vrai en 2-3 min, mais situé en hauteur vous devrez grimpez des montées arrivés a l'hotel vous serez a bout de soufle, déconseillé au personne agée ou handicapés. 1 coca ( canette ) à l'hotel 1,50 euros, 1 chips 1,50, lasagne 6euros ( déconseillé ), mousaka 6,50 moins cher et meilleurs en ville qui est a qq minutes aussi 4,50 mais le billard de l"hotel est a 2euros c pas donné. pour d'autres infos je suis la , on a aussi loué une voiture et avons fait le nord et le sud. |

| Has anyone been to the Hotel Eliana in Corfu lately or at least during a low season? I read some comments about the noise level and wanted to see if it was still a noisy hotel at night. |

The Hotel reception/Bar/pool area was very impressive but the rooms were very basic!! (Black marks on shower curtain yuk!!)
Breakfast was okay (if you like continental breakfasts) but if you like a Full English go to "Alex`s" just down the hill (you get smiles and a REAL welcome there)
We never usually complain about anything on holiday but felt that we had to have our say (not just our opinion by the way other guests who stayed at the same time felt the same) THE NOISE THROUGHOUT THE Hotel at night was appauling to say the least!!! lots and lots of youngsters shouting,screaming,singing,banging doors dragging furniture around from 1am through until 5.30am one night!!!!!We like to have a good time on holiday but this was completely over the top.. WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK AGAIN.............. |

Lovely hotel and staff, have been going for a number of years and always had a good holiday.
The night porter is always very friendly and helpful, as is all the staff. |

Staff Fantastic! Hotel Extremely Clean. The veiws from the hotel are some of the best I have seen. Close walking distance to the beach. Hotel pool was cleaned every day, Rooms also cleaned every day.
First impressions lasted throughout the holiday. We really enjoyed our weeks stay, we will definately be going back! |

The description of the Resort in the brochure was good and accurate. The Hotel itself was a bit of a let down. We stayed on a B&B basis.
Breakfast consisted of hard boiled eggs and bread or chocolate marble cake and ham or cheese slices. The hotel corridors echoed very badly, every noise could be heard, and I do mean every. The snack bar was never open, and it all seemed just too much for the reception staff. The night porter/staff were great, friendly and always stopped to talk.
