Kamari Apartments

This was our fith time to Corfu and I cant say enough good things about this place and the owners.  We spent two fantastic weeks here being looked after as if good friends.  Zac and Eva (the owners) run the apartments on their own - so occasionally you have to wait to be served, however when you are served its always with a smile.

The apartments are hugh and kept very clean, you have a tv and dvd player in the main room, a hairdyer in the toilets, and all the kitchen essentials including a microwave that you could need for self catering.  This is a far cry from many other places we have stayed in Corfu.

Their are 5 apartment blocks on the site, however because the grounds are so large their is space for children to play without interupting other holiday makers.  The grounds are also totally enclosed meaning our 4 and 7 year old children were able to play safely.

I could go on for hours about how good the Kamari Apartments are - food at the bar is great.  Pool Hugh, clean and there is a slide.  Only 3 minutes to pebble beach - a good 10 minutes walk to town with lots of resturants - we found the walk along the beach was preferable to along the road.  Acharavi itself has plenty of bars and resturants whilst still containing Greek Charm - would highly recommend for families, but I would think if you have teenagers there may not be enough for them to do.

We will go back again and again as its the best we have found by far.
