First Choice

used to think brillant but this year sine tui have gone down hill took them 8 months to say the room we was going to stay in could not fit us best thing is stayed in the same room same amount of people 2 years running BEWARE

first choice definately have the best selection of apartments in sidari. i have travelled with them on several occasions and never a problem. reps are always friendly and willing to help.

Booked our holiday via internet on 10th may today I decided to ask if we could have the same room has last year the girl on the telephone was so helpful could'nt guarantee it but would request it .also asked about taking my eppi pen on aircraft and was able to answer that question as well.I have worked in customer service for many years and I wouldn't sayit was excellent

We booked our holiday with First Choice to go to San Stefanos in Corfu. Although we booked through them, we ended up going on a Thomas Cook Flight (First Choice changed our flight which I was not too pleased about).

my mum went with first choice airlines and they couldn't have been more helpful she was on oxygen and I can tell you they helped us unlike some other airlines ,My mum has since passed away but they as least let her go on holiday .My family including my dad went last year pure brillant we have just booked again

great tour operators. good transfer and flights nothing bad to say really. book your holidays with first choice!!

The only gripe i have with First Choice is the fact that i had to pay excess baggage for my case being 3kg over. Do they take into account the wieght of people travelling on the same plane as me and charge them excess baggage for being over a certain weight, NO. Just another way of getting the customer to fork out to cover the company for the incease in fuel costs. Apart from that i thought First Choice provided an excellent service from booking in at Manchester airport to the rep at the resort.  

how the hell did first choice get 10/10??? firstly we got to glasgow airport only to be told our names were wrong on their system then the planes r like sumfink from barbie land air hostesses dont care if ur legs r being crushed by a 50 year old grump in front of you as long as he is comfy!!! then wen we landed we waited 2 hours for our luggage to even start coming off the plane and as it did 4 other flights came in and they got their luggage first! then the cheeky rep who we asked wot transfer coach to go on nearly had us on the way to kavos wen we were going to sidari no difference we thought not then wen we questioned her about it and wot bus we were supposed to be on all we got was a mouthfull of attitude the bloody greek bus drivers had to tell us wot bus to go on!!! then once on the bus we weere soaked from wot we hope woz the air conditioning then the rep told us basically nuffink if we hadnt been here before i would have kicked up a fuss. then once in our apartments the rep left us to find our own rooms at 4am. then we didnt see our rep for the whole week. then on the way back the air hostess ashleigh or as we like to call her lil miss attitude shouted at a customer for trying to fit his luggage in the overhead compartment!!!

Typical First Choice good service and the apartment rep at Billy and Sandra's is the best I've come across. Actually knocked on our door to ask if we had any problems! Superb!

rep woz s**t! my mum sent my fone charger ova 4 me coz i 4got it it arrived in corfu on friday 2nd july n guess wen i got it da day b4 i woz leavin da 10th july da stupid rep had had it all week n didn't fink 2 tel me! apartment woz brill absoulutley luved sidari just da rep woz a bit of a let down!

A great company flight was excellent but let down a bit on way back as had 6 hour delay because of a light bulb!! Overall though id definately say it was excellent and very friendly!!!

How did they score 5? All the reps are new and haven't got a clue, Not so bad coming in but going out is a nightmare, Reps from other company's were more help and was taking over cause they could see the problems the first choice reps were causing, Tell a lie there was one welsh girl who was good and fit??? The trips are a rip off you can get them half the price in the towns

 first time with first choice wont be the last the flights were good the transfers to and from airport were good the rep ceri was excellent very helpful a credit to first choice the apartments excellent the excursions great just a little overpriced 

Heaviest landing in 20 years almost burst a tyre, transfer was okay.
The rep was the most inept I have ever came across, more interested in selling excursions. No kettle in the room, found out on day 2 all you have to do is ask for one at reception, why wasn't this mentioned on day 1.
Would be better with a cardboard cut out for all her customer service skills, received more feedback sharing a drink with all and sundry around the pool swapping vital knowledge.
Here's an idea instead of sitting on her back end why not be proactive and canvass customers on problems, grievances, quibbles , fears they may have of the place......you never know it might catch on.

Flight to and from UK was fine. Holiday reps next to useless. Corfu airport is a nightmare. The one saving grace was a trip to Albania...excellent.

Flight excellent, accomodation lovely, reps left a lot to be desired appeared to be more interested in selling excursions than assisting with complaints. Our rep told us he did not give out complaints forms and that I had to take the complaint up with the travel agent when I got home. Not true other holiday makers beware.

flight was fine but the transfer was rubbish, the people at the airport were rude and we got dumped in the wrong hotel by the supposed sup**visor. the tours were excessively expensive but apart from the initial f**k up after we were put in the right apartments everything was fine and the rep malcolm provided much amusement!

Traveling wif first choice was good!only fing i wud say is dat when we arrived at our hotel our rep person didn't say very much but was helpful wif her tourch guiden us to out room!we nearly fell in the pool lol luv lesley xxx

This is our third year to Roda with First Choice and they are great! The reps are helpful, friendly, always around when you need them and really get into the holiday spirit. They never let anything get them down and never make you feel like you are bothering them. The flights and transfers are better than anyone else we have travelled with (i.e Olympic). And for those people who think First Choice are crap, try travelling with Olympic (you'll be near suicide)!!

you are a bunch of british w**kers. when you go to a different country - expect things to be different. i run a business in the tourist industry on corfu and am originally british. you f*****g lot from the uk embarrass me.

An utter disgrace. Rude, unhelpful and not a single one of them in Sidari speaks Greek.
